This hotel is completely amazing, I've never been in a hotel so cool before, I loved the beauty room, spend all 3 nights in there. lovely Spa, Steam and Sauna. Free tea. Room came with breakfast which was lovely also. The hotel is pretty much opposite the train station - Lucrino. There is a few nice restaurants and discount supermarket...

Served us well for a base to visit Naples via train & surrounding local area. Overall a nice hotel, with good sized rooms, service and a lovely relaxing spa area. However the decor was quite tired & the breakfast really quite poor. Probably a little over priced for what it was.

My husband and I stayed here for one night before thankfully being moved. The location is terrible with little to nothing to do unless you plan getting the train every day. The hotel is located beside a busy road and the beach adjacent is very dirty. I would not recommend unless you spoke fluent Italian and like slumming it...

Dear Guest, We are really sorry that you do not keep good memories of your stay in our hotel, we are glad you find our staff very friendly. I stayed at the Villa Luisa and I have to say that it saved our week in Italy. Shortly after being pick-pocketed on arrival to Naples, my partner and I got a cab to the hotel and were greeted by Michelle and Tilde. They were so supportive and helpful as we were both a little distressed and sad at what...

Excellent staff and a very good hotel. Breakfast is very good but the lack of a restaurant in the hotel made eating with a 20 month old a bit of a problem (I should have checked before booking). The location is an ideal base to explore Pozzuoli, Naples, Baia, Pompeii, etc. Not advertised as a family hotel but we were...

I like this small hotel. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Comfortable bed, large room. Nothing luxurious, but everything you need to have a good stay. Extensive, typical breakfast with all the local breakfast foods (i.e. no hot eggs, bacon, etc which are rare) and lots of good coffee. Free internet in the lobby, but the signal in our room...

We stayed 2 nights after a trip to Ischia. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient, helping with all our enquiries including the rental of a scooter. The position is very good for the Circumflegrea railway (Lucrino station 500 metres) for Pozzuoli and Naples. There is a covered garage for those with cars. The breakfast is good. Dinner is...

Ok well I would just like to say this was first ever trip to Italy, I expected rolling hills and goats walking around... Well I had somewhat of a culture shock!!!! So now I know that Naples is covered in graffiti and garbage, I can review this hotel more fairly :) Location: the 'cleaner' side of town if you catch...

Dear Guest We were very pleased to read you cute review on your stay in our city. Italy is a wonderful place because it offers very different landscapes, ranging from lle green hills with the goats, to large metropolitan cities. Naples is the third largest city of Italy and has a very high population density, it is actually very difficult...

This 4 star hotel is on the sea front at Pozzuoli/Bacoli, just outside Naples. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the price out of season very good (150 Euro for a nice suite). Reception friendly and efficient, car parking free and breakfast excellent. AND the hotel has a lovely little health/beauty centre with a warm pool and sauna and steam...
