We very much enjoyed our 4 nights at Hotel Miramare. The room, view and service were quite good for the most part. The location definitely requires stairs no matter where you go but it seems the alternative is being on the noisy main road or down on the beach. In addition, the inclusion of a half day boat trip was...

The unsurpassed thing about Hotel Miramare is its staff, particularly Rosita and Nicola. From the moment of our arrival they went out of their way to make our stay there as pleasing as possible. Rosita planed out for us a thorough itinerary for every day of our stay there, even though we did not even ask for it. A very...

This was a beautifully decorated, very classy hotel with balconies overlooking the sea. The rooms were luxurious with very comfortable beds, all the amenities, and a well-stocked minibar. The shower was a little disappointing with old hardware which made it hard to control the water force and temperature. The hostess Rosita was almost over-the-top friendly and very anxious to please...

While in Positano, my wife and I stayed at Hotel Miramare for four nights. The terraces they have must be some of the best in all of Positano with amazing views of the coast and the town itself. No matter where you are located in town you will be walking a lot but this hotel is closer to the ground...

We have traveled all over the world, this hotel you cant beat for the money. Great view, location, decor for a resonable price by Positano standards. Rosita and the other staff were so helful and prompt. If you ask for something it was done in minutes. Follow their advice on tours, what to see and where to eat. They were...

My wife and I were so pleased with our stay at Miramare as part of our honeymoon. In fact we were only booked for two nights but when a room became available we quickly stayed on for another. Both rooms were beautiful and give a real authentic Amalfi feel. Our first room was removed from the main hotel but its...

We were welcomed with open arms by the beautiful and effervescent Rosita - nothing was too much trouble for this gorgeous lady. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room had the huge bacony which overlooked Positano town on the side and directly out to the sea or straight down to the dock , which was always a hive of activity....

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. The views from our room were absolutely amazing... decor of the room itself was a little dated but it was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a fab view of the sea. The breakfast in the morning was a bit lacklustre but adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would...

The true gem of the Miramare is their staff... heaven help them if they ever lose them. I would not rate this as a 4-star hotel. Getting there from the main road is not easy for someone who's not physically fit... hundreds of steps to climb. Rooms were desperately in need of refurbishing. Beds were not very comfortable. Tub, shower...

The staff could not be beat! We were given a thorough orientation to Positano, along with excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants. We were never once steered in the wrong direction. We got an amazing room, great value for our family of 5. It was a 2 bedroom apartment next to the main building. Although we could not get wifi,...
