It is family-owned and run, and offers an authentic experience in the beautiful town of Porto Santo Stefano. Our room had an excellent view of the city and the bay, and with a nice balcony. However, the furniture and the bath were rather old fashioned and need upgrading. The staff was friendly and helpful, trying to do their best. The lift did not work when we arrived, and when we left I had to pay by cash as...

My boyfried and I travelled around Italy for 2 weeks in August 2007 and loved it all, with one exception - Hotel Vittoria, Porto Santo Stefano. My best advice is to stay away from that place. We paid 200 eur for a room there, which is a real rip-off for a 3-star hotel, but we had no other choice-all other...
