What a great hotel! We stayed in a suite in the villa. A fabulous room, clean and functional. Nice swimming pool, nice breakfast (enough variaty) and a great restaurant in Italian style. The staff was always kind and very helpfull. To all future guests: don't worry about anything, this hotel is really magnificent!!

We stayed here for two weeks in July 2016 and had a marvellous time. We had a standard room, which is by no mean a large room, but adequate for two weeks. Breakfast was ok, offering the typical continental breakfast, although there was no variation during our stay. By far what puts this hotel apart is the staff, especially at the...

The Villa Cappugi is a well appointed hotel near Pistoria Clean and smart without looking like a chain and with enough character not to look be quirky. Staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast was a little canteen like but still reasonable. A good one night stay, if I needed to stay for longer I would be happy to stay here

Beautiful. Both the hotel and its surroundings are lovely. It is out of the centre but not too far. We had an upgrade on the room which gave us large beds and two small verandas - very pleasant. The breakfasts are excellent and we enjoyed the beautiful food and efficient service in the restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful,...

Accomodation very good ,frendly staff, breakfast good. Food for dinner in hotels restaurant average, we expected more frendly staff. Food averege 12 eur, wine 15 eur, accomodation 118 eur per day. We can reccoment, but if you want a touch of "toscana" you have to fine another place. This hotel is very good but there are missing a "spirit of...

I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Cappugi. It had all the amenities we needed, it had a beautiful view from every angle and the staff was very helpful. I was so excited about the veranda, as it was my peaceful retreat before and after our long days of exploring Tuscany. The restaurant's food was very good and I found...

The hotel was very clean the rooms are small but very nice. There were two people in the room. I bought a special converter to use my blow dryer and I blew the fuse Someone else on our trip did too. They do have wifi in the room which is nice and there is no charge. We did not eat...

After a day of car trouble we needed a good hotel te get a nice meal, a good bed and a nice place to relax. This hotel provides all of those things. For visiting the citycentre you need a car. The restaurant provides great food.

I chose this hotel because of it's practical location to visit the surrounding area of Tuscany. That is all the positive I have to say about the hotel. It started off badly when we were given the towels in reception for the swimming pool. We were told that these were our towels for the duration of our 10 day stay...
