The room was clean and modern. The bed could be upgraded to a more comfortable type. There is no elevator so the trek to the 3rd floor can be very difficult with a suitcase. The desk clerk was very helpful in taking the suitcase the full distance to the room. However, checking out I was on my own to take...

We had room 1, the suite. Separate room for our son which is always lovely when you have a teenager along for the rider! Room was spotless and the staff very sweet and friendly. Quality of the room was outstanding, you would pay twice the amount for a room of this standard in the UK. Plenty of parking on the...

The hotel has all the comfort one can wish to make the stay at Paestum the best. Quite, large and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff who helped us carry the luggage. It is a very safe road to oark the car. Very helpful advice as to where to eat nearby and places to visit. A perfect stop to be as...

We had to check the street number several times before realizing that the inconspicuous old facade directly on the road, opposite tha ancient walls and just outside the village was that of our hotel. Behind a sleek glass entrance door, the limited public areas were attractively designed. We were greeted warmly. The rooms, although rather monastic, were stylish and immaculately clean.

Confusion over booking, which led to them demanding we pay double. We offered a compromise price, given that the hotel is very well situated for the temples. They would not accept this. Receptionist got the 'il padrone' in to negotiate but he was most unpleasant, and not open to compromise. He was rude and threatening, absolutely foul. Needless to say...

it is on a quite busy road but the rooms are large clean and comfortable. It is certainly full of character and has been renovated to a high standard. The restaurant they recommended just down the road was really good and they gave us a discount. The breakfast was just croissants and toast. The coffee was excellent. The staff could...

A great advantage of this hotel is that it's easy walking from the station - around 20 minutes on quiet paths. The beach resort was further on down a busy road. The excellent reviews for this lovely hotel are all justified. We had a lovely double room, simply decorated in white with an exposed stone wall, and an adjoining sitting...

I stayed at the hotel in the early November and was very surprised about the nice design of the interior and especially the kindness of staff. They certainly provide value for money. Just be careful that a car doesn't run you over when you exit the front door.
