Very good location with a superb restaurant just down the street. We had a bright clean and fairly spacious room. The breakfast was just okay - nothing special. Thought the lobby was a bit dreary but one doesn't spend any time there. The hotel staff were pleasant but spoke limited English. Could probably stay there again.

This hotel is very well situated. There is a parking at cost. Breakfast however is limited and gets crowded. Rooms are ok. Staff was attentive. Beware if you use GPS navigation. GPS guided us through the non-traffic zone (ZLT), however it is possible to arrive without crossing the ZTL.

The room was ok, but hot. Air conditioning did not work. Bathroom floor was very slippery, and the shower floor was dangerously slippery. Water did not drain away properly. Breakfast was typical continental style, though quite limited(one style ham+cheese) coffee was good and they made as many cups as I wanted. Service was good and pleasant. Extra wish online, a... My wife & I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious & breakfasts were generous. We would have awarded the hotel a higher rating BUT for being charged IVA (Value Added Tax) on top of the earlier agreed price. In 35 years of travelling in Italy & as an Italian speaker, this... It was a basic room. Size was bigger than the norm in Italy. When I check in, in any hotel the first thing I do, strip the sheets and check for bed bags. So I did, and I didn't see bags but I saw the stains of the bags in the mattress. So maybe they had them, and got rid... More

I would heartily recommend this small hotel in the heart of Orvieto. The staff are very friendly & helpful & the location is convenient for eateries, shopping & visiting local attractions. Our room had a glorious view over the roof-tops of Orvieto & on to the spectacular Duomo. There was a good selection of food for breakfast & parking is... More

Overall, the room and location were decent during our stay. However the service by the staff was terrible. When we registered online, we were promised a free bottle of wine during our visit. When we asked the front desk they said we would receive the bottle of wine the following day. The next day we asked again and they said... More

Very friendly place with a very helpful staff. The room was a bit small but the bed was very comfortable. All the attraction of this litte town are within walking distance. I had a very good sleep there.

Hotel was centrally located and convenient to all sites. Relatively easy to find and comfortable. Owner happy to accommodate all requests. Internet a little hard to use with not such good coverage and bathroom had bath with no shower curtain, so got a little wet. There was 4 of us so we were in the loft which got a little... More

Nice little hotel in an excellent location. Near the Duomo and all of the sites. Easy driving distance to other areas as well. Parking lot down the street, worked out well. The breakfast was not the greatest...but the staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Great location and price make this a great place to stay.
