It's located where there are many restaurants. There is no parking despite what they might tell you. You pay 5€ per day outside in the normal parking lot. The decoration is way outdated, but I can see the effort to maintain and 'spice' it up. The room has a kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, cable TV, fridge, and phone.

The hotel decor is from late 60's or 70's, it's like walking into a time machine, suddenly you are 40 years back in time. The staff are friendly, but that's not the same as being helpful. The staff speaks understandable English, but don't expect long conversations. It's clean, however room and hallways miss fresh air. Internet is free and reasonable...

The hotel is modern, large bedrooms and the staff are very helpful. All support given not only in the expected area but also in advise regarding places to eat, how to get to Station (just a few minutes walk away) I have had to change my booking period and it was handled without any fuss. I will certainly come back...

A warm and friendly hotel with very helpful staff. Perfectly located for train and bus station and a very nice 5 minute walk into the very nice town centre. Quiet room, everything in good working order and a fabulous continental breakfast. One of the few hotels in Italy to have a kettle in the room! Wonderful.

I stayed at Hotel Europa in Novara from 1 May to 14 May 2016 and it was a totally positive and agreeable experience. I was there for work and on Sunday 1 May I dragged my suitcase to the hotel in the pouring rain and was greeted by a friendly smile from Ilaria the receptionist. Being a Sunday and a...

Excellent family run hotel. Friendly service around the clock. Spotless room conditions and really fantastic breakfasts with freshly baked cakes and biscuits. A great touch with the art deco interiors

Good breakfast, good attention, good service. Just the bed was a little bit unconfortable. It has a good location since it is really close to the downtown of Novara which has a lot of restaurants and atractions.

Booked this hotel for 1 night whilst travelling on business, a real mixture of good and bad - the good is great central location where you can easily walk to good restaurants and many of the sights of the old city , working air conditioning , extremely helpful and friendly staff who made great dinner recommendations, fairly priced, clean rooms....

This hotel is fine for a one or two night stay. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. Staff very friendly and cold buffet breakfast very good. Hotel is well situated for city centre bars and restaurants. Free wi-fi.

I stayed in this hotel with a group of Australian teachers. The hotel is very well located, good value for money, clean and well staffed. The reception desk was particularly helpful, happy to answer any questions, give directions etc. Free wifi was good. I would recommend this hotel to others wanting to stay in Novara.
