We stayed in the studio and it disappointed us. It didn't look comfortable and well groomed. The studio was at the ground floor and it was wet and cold as in a cellar. The studio hasn't been renovated for ages and the furniture is worn out. The studio is not well cleaned. I found cobweb under the bed and mold...

Situated close to Montepulciano with view over comforting toscanian countryside and majestic monte cetona . Luca is very polite, helpful and can advise to satisfy one's needs perfectly. Rooms are clean, decorated with taste, well equipped kitchen. Special thanks for the little terazza next to pool, which grants amazing mornings on fields, vineyards ... We stayed at Casa Delle Querce 10 years ago and returned in September 2012 for the 2nd time. It is under new ownership but can honestly say it is even better than last time. We had advised Luca the owner we were arriving late so would it be ok to check in at 9pm, this was not a problem he...

Very nice host. Nice surrounding. Nice view. Quiet. Easy access to nearby cities. We didn't like the bathroom attached to the bedroom with the noisy fan. The room was average with old furniture. Price was incredible. Sitting on the terrace in the morning was memorable. Recommended.

Really loved the pool, rooms were great, too. A restaurant would be more convenient. Overall, fantastic experience though.

This farm stay was sensational! Just a short drive from the towns of Montepulciano and Acquaviva, it has amazing views over the country side, a perfect place to relax beside the pool or on the patio and read a book. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and well stocked with cooking utensils. Plenty of outdoor dining areas.

A small well equipped apartment in a pleasant garden setting surrounded by olive trees and vines. Large pool and outdoor facilities were well maintained. Ideally situated for driving to Montepulciano and other hill top towns. Gaye & John Melbourne Australia.

We stayed at Casa delle Querce in the end of May 2011....we should've stayed for a longer time. This was the last place we visited in our trip to Italy and were so glad we did. This is the ultimate place to come and relax after a hectic trip through the other tourist places. The only problem is that you...

In all the travelling we have done we have never visited the same place twice let alone for two years in a row but everything about Luca's place is just lovely. No problem to find with sat nav, perfect for quiet relaxation surrounded by the most gorgeous Tuscan countryside and convenient for visiting places such as Siena, Montepulciana, Cortona.etc. This...

An 18th century country house set amidst the verdent hills of the route of the Noble Montepulciano wine. Surrounded by a park with swimming pool, "La Casa delle Querce" sits on a hillock between olive groves and vineyards in the sublime simplicity of the Tuscan countryside. The house in typical red clay brick, was converted in 1990 into the present "La Casa delle Querce" after a careful restauration mantaining all the original architectural features. It consists of 11 apartments: the owner's abode and 10 others for the guests, each with its own independent entrance and individual layout and character. The house is surrounded by a park with magnificent oak trees and their welcome shade. The open air swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn equipped with sunbeds, loungers and tables. A dedicated area with two barbeques and an oven invites the guests to improve their culinary skills. The panoramic terrace overlooks the valley onto rows of vines and olives trees, with an enchanting view. features. ... more   less
