about 2.5 miles south of the town walls of Montepulciano, I Due Cigni is a very good choice for a comfortable stay for a visit to the town. A couple of the places inside the wallhad a 2 or 3 night minimum, and were quite a bit more expensive than, I Due Cigni. We were driving from town to town,...

We booked two nights here at short notice during our recent trip to Tuscany. It is family run Hotel in an excellent location close to Montepulciano, but because it is not in the town centre is quiet and very reasonably priced. The owners are absolutely delightful and nothing was a problem. The rooms are immaculate and a reasonable size, the...

The staff at this hotel is very nice and friendly. I highly suggest the cakes in the morning, they are home made and really nice! The room was also nice and comfortable. They had internet connection that was very helpful to have some work done.

Wonderful home base for exploring & wine tasting in Montepulciano and Pienza. Free street parking is a big plus compared to options if staying in Montepulciano. Extremely friendly and personable owners full of recommendations. Great Italian breakfast and hotel owner made cappuccinos if you wished. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed two days here. The hotel is a few Km outside of Montepulciano so you will need a rental car. The hotel is just off the main road in S Albino. It is a modern hotel, with an outside elevator (lift). The rooms and bathrooms are spotless. We found this was and ideal base for hiking and visiting Pienza. The...

We stayed two nights at this warm, family run hotel. Matteo and his mom, as well as the entire staff, went out of their way to help in any way they could. Our best meal of the trip was here, with Matteo in the kitchen creating true Tuscan meals that were absolutely excellent. Matteo also made some homemade cakes and...

Stayed here for close to a week. This hotel is located a few minutes drive out of historic Montepulciano. There isn't much within walking distance beyond a couple of restaurants, but we found it a good base to explore southern Tuscany from. Our room was large and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, it even had a small balcony to...

Family cannot do enough to help, rooms spotless and very quiet, excellent light but just right breakfast. Well positioned for visiting Montepulciano, Lake Trasimeno and surroundings. Incredibly good value, free parking, airconditioning. Free wifi. Some rooms have views over the lake and surrounding lanscape.

This hotel offers a great location for a road trip around tuscany (specially if montepulciano montalcino and cortona are among your Itinerary). The room is nice, clean and tidy, bathroom is very clean. The highlight by far is the Staff, we couldn't expect a warmer welcome. Breakfast is excelent. We would definetely come back.
