Pros Location was great. Close to main square and shops and restaurants. Bathroom was modern and shower was good. Large room but because on the top floor we had a sloping roof so you had to lower your body to walk to one side of the bed. Bed was comfortable with additional pillows in cupboard. Air conditioning was good and...

We had five nights in Arancia/Apartment 4 - a very large spacious apartment with big kitchen/living area, a lovely little terrace and a roomy bedroom overlooking the corso. And in the middle of 30+ degree days, the air-con actually worked reasonably well. Combined with a car park just down the road it made for an excellent place to stay while...

La Dimora nel Corso is the second accommodation run by Francesca and her excellent team. The other place is the ‘Meuble Evoe’, where we stayed in our last visit to the beautiful Montepulciano. The treat and service at the ‘Meuble’ and the ‘Trattoria di Cagnano’, where breakfast was served, was so amazing that we have promised ourselves to re-visit. We...

We spent 2 weeks in "Poppy" on the 3rd floor. very well-equipped apartment, and spacious. Same owners run the Trattoria di Castagno restaurant. The food is very good and very reasonable. Francesca is the owner and with whom I corresponded re: the rental. It was a pleasure to meet her in person, and her staff at the restaurant is terrific,...

Very modern, newly renovated. We had the sloped ceiling top floor room. Very spacious. There is an elevator. All the necessary amenities. Parked outside the city walls and walked up. The owner came in 5 minutes after we buzzed, from a nearby property. Very pleasant. We could apparently have driven up and found designated parking but decided to avoid driving...

We arrived at the reception of Dimora del Corso in a frazzled state, having driven in from Florence. Montepulciano's streets are very difficult to navigate with a standard shift rental car! The energetic concierge, Francesca, checked us in, grabbed the car keys, and drove us to the door where we dropped our luggage. Then she found a free parking spot...

We spent 5 weeks in Orange, a spacious, well equipped apartment on the second floor overlooking the main street of this beautiful village. If the windows were closed there was no noise but when you emerged downstairs you were right in the middle of everything that was happening in this interesting place. We enjoyed our time here and the friendliness...

This bed & breakfast was one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. We stayed 3 nights in September in Montepulciano - a beautiful hilltop town in Tuscany where the aroma of wine is in the air. The Dimora had a spacious (especially by European stands) room, super comfortable bed and a stellar shower (everything is newly renovated), and...

We loved our visit to Montepulciano, which is an amazing hilltop town full of artisans and some of the best wine and food in the world. A big part of the reason was this lovely B&B. We are a family of four and the space was huge. There is a small kitchen and a washing machine so it is perfect...

We arrived by taxi, which delivered us to the door. It would have been a tough go hauling luggage up the long upward climb of a street to arrive otherwise. The driver phoned the owner, Francesca, who came down from a sister property (where the included breakfast is served) to show us our room and get us oriented. Room was...
