...pay a bit more and ask for the Albany-Suite. Every good thing you read about: it's true. Christian runs this kind of luxury b&b perfectly, with a little help from the people behind. Magnifico. Ah, one little thing: don't leave the douche before all the water flew.

Palazzo Carletti is a wonderful very special place - a beautifully restored apartment /hotel in the lovely town of Montepulcicano. The decor is superb with attention given to every detail. The magnificent frescoes of an age past blend perfectly with every modern amenity. From the windows a breathtaking view of the landscape of Tuscany. A special thankyou to Cristian who...

Absolutely perfect stay in a stunning room. It feels like you are staying in someone's home rather than a hotel. Every amenity you can think of (free wifi, mini bar, coffee machine and ice maker in the room) was available. Can't wait to go back.

Based on what I read from Trip Advisor I booked a 7 night stay for me and my then fiancee. We were getting married that week and we were looking for a 5 star experience as could be expected. We were not let down one bit! Christian the guy who runs the boutique hotel was absolutely the best. He gave...

We were staying from 20.08.-26.08.12 in the Albany Suite. This Suite is just amazing. Everything is so unique. In the bedroom you have a huge panorama window from where you have a fantastic view over the beautiful landscape of tuscany. You can also enjoy the view from the balcony. In the bathroom was a jacuzzi for relaxing. The breakfast was...

Cristian made something incredible. When we arrived at the hotel, we had the best surprise of our Honey-Moon trip. He really build an incredible place. The food, the colours, the enviroment, the pictures, the smell... everything at this hotel is an unbelieveble experience. We will return for sure!

Beautiful room with amazing view. Very comfortable bathroom. You don't have the feeling that you're staying in a hotel. Very cosy. Montepulciano is top in Tuscany. Cristian was very helpful to give us good advice to explore the area. We certainly return.

We stayed 2 nights and would have loved to stay more. It's an amazing place, with only 4 rooms. Only one of them has a fantastic view, but who cares if you sleep super well: the bed was excellent! Located in the old village of Montepulciano, the hotel has a private parking. A perfect stay.

Cristian will take care of you (there are only 5 rooms at the Palazzo). Rooms are fantastic. The superior and the standard doesn't matter. Think victorian style 18ft ceilings with more art than you can deal with yet completely modern fittings, bathrooms etc. Out of 3 places in Montepulciano I've stayed at this one is hands down the best, no...
