The accomodation is located close to Montepulciano, as it only takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the big parking lots outside the ancient town wall. The rooms were in good shape. Breakfast was very good with tasty cappuccino. Even though we arrived late, the proprietor acted very obliging. As the gravel driveway is very steep and features a... More

We stayed at La Pievina towards the end of may. This is a small bed and breakfast type of place set amongst lovey natural beauty. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Free wifi is available. The only problem is that they did not inform us that there was no dinner facilities available so it was a bit of an... More

My wife and I we spent few days at The Pievina over Christmas Holidays. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment because we knew that someone (Brother/Sister in law) would have join us. The appartement is amazing (it's actually a small house with private garden -it must be incredible during summer-), both rooms are very big and everything (rooms and also... More

My wife and I stayed here in the beginning of May 2015, the location is amazing, beautiful surroundings, just what you picture Tuscany to be. The place is impeccably clean, service is amazing, the hostess is absolutely wonderful. You must try her home made pastries and jams. Everything was wonderful. If we are ever in the area again we will... More

This place is wonderful. It is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast consists of mostly cakes but we made our own eggs in the kitchen. We brought back food for dinner so the kitchen was used by us a lot. It was very convenient that there was a refrigerator to use too. The views are spectacular of the countryside. There are... More

Stayed one night at this property. Wished I could stay longer. Very spacious and clean accommodation. The owners really made us feel at home and helped us in everything. It's only around 5km from the centre of Montepulciano and can be used as a base to drive to nearby places. Having your own transport is a must.

My partner and I stayed at Agriturismo La Pievina in June, and we had a wonderful experience. First, the location is great. It is near Montepulciano, and within an easy drive to other Tuscan hill towns like Monatalcino and La Pienza. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. The view from the upstairs apartment is breathtaking. It faces west, so you get... More

Our room was big, clean and the bathroom had every necessary comfort. Sonia is a very nice host that made us feel like at home. The area is just like in the postcards and Firenze and Siena are just... More

We spent two nights out of our three weeks in Italy at La Pievina and it was definitely our favorite. The view from the windows were breathtaking. The breakfast which was included with the stay was wonderful with a full array of pastries, breads and some eggs, salami and cheese. We loved the experience!

“There are 2 one bedroom hotel type apartments below which have breakfast included and served at the main house. The 2 small rooms share an outdoor space also. The 2 bedroom apartment doesn't come with breakfast everyday although Sonia provided coffee and made sure we had something for the first breakfast and on a second occasion.”
