I think if you really stayed here you didn't see we have two lifts..... one on the left and one on the right.....
Surely there would be better hotels, it depends from the budget.....
This hotel is well situated, but that is the only good thing. Breakfast 6 mornings same ham and cheese ,no choice. Dinner every night pork and one veg ,never potato and veg . Water had to be paid for ,as did after dinner coffee .never...More

I'm sorry, but I cannot agree with your words: you found a daily dinner menu with choice between: two first courses, two second course dishes, side dishes and vegetables buffet. And then the dessert. And two waiters who speak English at your disposal....More

As concerning heating it's easy to turn on. Everyone can turn it on from the room by a simple button on/off.

I was in this hotel in middle of October 2016. Room was clean, but it was pretty cold, because in Italy don't heat by November. They can put AC in rooms and charge it additional, but to allow that guest are freezing during the night...More
