Rude rude and more rudeness...I never write review, although I read them all.. this hotel is dirty dusty and the staff don't give a dam. The mattresses are foam and the towels are sheets. The water is ice cold and the staff shrug there shoulders. Breakfast was stale and the orange juice is cordial. No hot options. Eggs cold. Please...

This hotel looks great from the outside and lobby but the rooms are dated and in need of some repairs. The rooms are quite large but the beds were not very comfortable. They were thin foam mattresses on a board frame. The blankets were thin and scratchy which looked like they were from the 1960's. We had an end room...

Came here with tour group for 1 night stay thankfully. The room is very dated, the toilet made the loudest sound when flushing, the walls are not soundproofed you can hear people walking and talking up the corridor. The towels are not towels, they are like tea towels, beds not very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast there. Some positives: room was...

This hotel is definitely in need of some TLC. It is a bit dated and the noisy room with its vintage decor was bordering on kitch. At least it was clean. The breakfast, however, was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Since our coach driver did not get permission for parking, we had to carry our own suitcases for about 200m. Location was great, its near the square and other shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean but quite hot even though there was an AC, which was not giving cool air. Overall it was nice.

This hotel is in the centre of Tuscany. In the heart of the city with night life and a lot of gelato and restaurants plus bars. The area is nice but very noisy. Even around 2 am you can hear easily the crowd and people who talk loudly in the street. The good point is that it is really in...

Our stay in breathtaking Rome wouldn't have been so pleasing had we not opted for this hotel. Breakfast is excellent and so are the delicacies on the room service menu. It is close to railway station as well. Customer service is excellent and I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to explore Rome.

We only had an overnight stay here in a twin room. The room is nicely made up with vintage decor, clean, spacious, but a little noisy from the street noise and bar close by. The beds were a little uncomfortable and there might as well have been no pillows either as they were far too thin. The ensuite bathroom is...

Stayed here with a tour group (Expat Explore). It probably was one of the bottom two hotels I stayed at in Europe because of what was available in the room. But the location of this hotel made up for it. We kept referring to the rooms like being at Grandma's house. The decor was fun as it was vintage. But...

We stayed here for one night as part of an Expat tour. The coach had to unload on a back street as for whatever reason it could not do so outside th hotel though this didn't bother me. The hotel itself is dated and old but the room was spacious and the bathroom was adequate - we stayed in worse!...
