Hotel conveniently placed for town centre, park and venicular. Hotel well kept and clean. Staff very good. Reception staff very good. Bedroom large enough, safe, fridge wardrobe, comfy bed.

Good morning dear Roma C, thank you for taking the time to write us your feedback. We are glad about your nice words on the reception, cleaning and restaurant staff. As what regards the room minimalism we think that it is just a matter of personal taste. We are sorry that you do not liked the street in which your room overlooked and that you found the beds and pillows uncomfortable… But unfortunately those pillows are required by law because they are fire resistant. If you had reported this dissatisfaction with your room to the reception staff, they would have surely been very glad to help you and find some solutions by proposing you another room with another view or anyway – if not possible – solutions for you good sleep, for example simply by giving you an extra pillow so that you would have been more comfortable: it would have been very easy! Regarding food, we are disappointed about your judgement. We can assure you that meals are prepared only by using first-rate raw materials and with such a great care. Moreover, our chef pays always attention not to propose again the same dishes to groups who stay longer than one night. The final night you have had the Typical Tuscan Dinner as we usually offer to our guests: we are happy you appreciated it! But we can guarantee you it was prepared with the same close attention as all the previous night dinners. We thank you once again and hope to see and welcome you again sooner or later! Good morning dear Mr. Jhon, Thank you for taking the time to write us the review. We are very happy that you appreciated our house keeping staff’s job and our reception staff. As what regards the restaurant and the service we are going to make the point clear, as already the restaurant staff explained to you. The head waiter told us that you went to the restaurant room at different times, and not at the scheduled one all together as a group – as you actually was. So you spent a long time in the restaurant first of all because the staff had to wait that you were all there. Then, when the waiters were ready to start the service your group began to stand up in order to take vegetables from the buffet. You were a large group and someone took a longer time to finish each course …. So the delay got even longer, but as you can surely understand this does not depend on our staff. We knew that most of you did not know each other and saw them calmly chatting – what we believe is even right when we basically are on vacation. We think that giving more time in these cases is really to appreciate: our staff has been able to understand the intents of almost the entire group and to adapt itself to them. As you were in everything part of a group the restaurant staff had to serve the next dish at the same time for everyone. So also if you would have wanted to have dinner a half-hour before as you were individual guests, that would have not be possible: the group timetable and timing has to be respected For dinner as for the program of the entire trip days. A lot of compliments have been reported to our restaurant staff from your group as they really wanted and liked to have dinner in a relaxed way by chatting and talking at the dinner table with the rest of the group. We are sorry that environment was not to your liking. Asking you to indicate your preferences for the-day-after menu is very helpful for the kitchen and actually not a so uncommon request, Especially for large groups like yours that have choices both for first courses and for main dishes. Otherwise we fear that the service would really take a long long time but for other reasons. We hope to have good explained and made clear once again what the points of the situation are because we really care for the satisfaction and the opinion of each guest of ours. We hope, moreover, that our explanation is helpful to our readers in order to well understand this situation. With regard to your wife’s nightdress, actually nobody has never reported us any thefts. As our clients leave the hotel and our cleaning ladies find something they immediately tell us and bring the object – of whatever value it is – here at the reception desk. Your wife’s nightie has most likely been confused with the laundry as our cleaning ladies changed your bedding. It is an external laundry that wash and sanitize our linen. In case that the nightie is found we will contact you for sure via TripAdvisor – the only contact we have with you – and will gladly ship it to you. Is there a dress code in the restaurant and bars Thanks in advance
We are flexible enough about dress code, we rely primarily on principles of common sense and mutual respect. Therefore, clothes that are too short (both in men and women) or clothing like tank top are forbidden. We accept knee-length trousers and half-sleeve t-shirts. I hope I was helpful. Thank you.

No tea making facilities,but we took our mini kettle,tea bags,and sachets of long life milk. Advice, hide your kettle as they do not like you using it

My Partner & I recently enjoyed our first coach holiday (to Belgium with Newmarket Holidays, stayed at the fantastic Van Der Valk Brussels Airport) and are contemplating a similar holiday to Italy. The trip that we have identified is with Leger and uses the Hotel Ariston. We are rather concerned at the mixed reviews however........

Many of our customers are satisfied and frequently a satisfied client does not write any kind of comment about the structure. Instead, even if only one customer remains unsatisfied write a very strong review about the structure. Usually these clients are the same ones who complain also about the travel agency.
