Holiday was with Mistral Holidays. Room clean, but bathroom tiny with nowhere for toiletries. Only fruit at breakfast was tinned peaches. Very little choice. Evening meals poor too. Some staff pleasant.

This small hotel is about a 30 minutes train ride & a good 10 min walk (to the hotel) from Florence. The hotel public areas are very nice with a very continental good breakfast. The rooms en-suite could do with an upgrade but it’s a nice 3* hotel.

Another stay at the Montebello and as always a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Great staff and excellent breakfast and evening meal Great bedroom with large balcony and as always room and bathroom spotlessly clean. The hotel is a short walking distance from the centre of town and railway station. Excellent train services to Florence,Luca and Pisa. Overall exceptional value and hospitality, well done Montebello

Checked into this hotel and the front desk was very nice. The rooms were a good size for a family and not spending much time there. The kids loved the bunk beds. Shower is small but great water pressure and warm. Breakfast each morning was very good! Lots of choices. Highly recommend if in the area. Free parking lot about 5 minutes walking from hotel.

Recently (October 2019) stayed in Montecatini Terma as our hub to discover cities and towns in Tuscany. The location is perfect for day trips in the region via auto or by train (station is 5 minute walk from hotel). The town is alive at night and walkable from the hotel. This hotel is comfortable, clean and modern. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Check out Montecatini Alta ... up the hill from the hotel...beautiful! Would definitely recommend this hotel and town.

Shower was 2x3 you could NOT move in it. Modest room like most of Europe.Other than that the breakfast and lobby were nice. Its a good location. You have to book a time to see the baths which are in a beautiful building. Go to the square, lots of restaurants and shopping. Take the cable car at sunset. Great little restaurant down a side street towards train station. They will tell you at the front desk 400 meters from hotel. If you have a car leave a day early and go to Lake Maggiore and Lake Como. Pisa was great too. Take the train to Florence. Nice front desk personnel.

Nice clean room. Centrally located in town. No pool but the spa across the street is recommended. Breakfast had several items to choose from. Friendly helpful staff. Great option for accommodations for the price. Look forward to staying here again.
