Our stay was amazing Staff are very friendly with excellent service Room size is perfect for 5-10 days of staying Restaraunt La Pecora is the best in the city Recommended for romantic or business dinner Breakfast variety need to be a little better Overall is very good and pleasant staying

We were due to go 2020 then covid hit so our plans were dashed till May 2022. Our stay was perfect the hotel is beautifully set in another era it is not modern neither are the fixtures and fittings. Our room was simple and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and we had our evening meal on the terrace in the sun.

The hotel is in A great location right in centre staff very friendly beautifully decorated and spotless breakfast brill variety would highly recommend rooms and Beds small but for the price excellant value would return to this hotel in a heart beat

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location, charming atmosphere, nice breakfast, and wonderful staff. Only complaints were the shower (it was extremely small and the shower head needs replacing) and the bed (VERY hard mattress). Also, our room was on the first floor right above the restaurant so outdoor music and talking were very loud. Ear plugs solved that problem!

About the mattress, all of them have 2 sides, a Memory one, very soft but support the weight, and one harder in latex. This is because all of us are used to sleep in a different way....After first night if you advised was easy for us to help you to sleep better. Regards

Beautiful building, great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Looking forward to come here again.

Would prefer better lighting in the bathroom and more than 1 wastebasket for bathroom and bedroom. Enjoyed walking downtown for gelato and shops. Enjoyed the outside dining and social areas. Enjoyed unique breakfast buffet items.

The hotel had a good central location. The staff was excellent. The room size and comfort was average. The room got very warm at night due to the lack of air conditioning. Finally, the food could be improved upon. The breakfast buffet was the same every morning of our seven day stay. But, overall we were still pleased with the hotel.

Very nice hotel, very good room and very nice restaurant. Bit noisy though, from outside. Italians have a way to make noise all through the night. Nothing the hotel can do about this. It's their nature.

Hotel service was excellent, when we requested a blanket and extra pillows they were supplied quickly. Location in town is close to several restaurants and other services, and Montecatini is close to several Tuscany highlights.
