Travellers' Choice
Hotel with comfortable rooms and spaces where guests can really feel at ease and relax; an intimate, personal and welcoming atmosphere, and a Staff that is always attentive to the needs of the guests, who inside the Hotel have at their disposal an authentic "Kingdom of Wellness", a large, modern and well-equipped "wellness center" with staff dedicated and highly professional. All this makes the hotel Adua & Regina di Saba offer "Wellness and Beauty" the only one of its kind in Montecatini Terme. Some words to represent the Mariotti Management philosophy: Our mission - says the owner Antonio Mariotti - is to please and completely satisfy our guests. The result is an environment where our guests always feel at ease from the moment they arrive and enjoy the pleasure of feeling welcomed away from home. This gratifies us and fills us with enthusiasm to constantly improve ourselves.

I like the hotel reception area, nice decorated, with easy acces to the swimming pool. The room is big, I appreciate the daily cleaning and changing the towles. The location is close to the center area and also to the train stations (Montecatini Terme and Centro), just 10min easy walking. There are good restaurants in the area. The reception staff is very friendly, thank you Antonio for helping with a transfer to Pisa airport. We recommed this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights at hotel Adua and didn’t want to leave. Our room was sparkling clean, all services at the hotel and Spa were at the highest level. Breakfast had a variety of healthy choices. We liked everything at the hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Adua as the pick up point for coach tours of Tuscany area so central position was great to visit Florence Pisa etc.Rooms are basic but maids on daily basis safe in room key from reception no kettle so bring own supply’s.has a fridge in room and bottles of water which you do get charged for if used nothing to tell you this.can get a bit warm in room and air con control just said off.keeping window open let in a nice bit of fresh air.plenty of selection at breakfast continental style and some hot offering scrambled and a type of cooked bacon strips.evening meal was good cold starter the hot starter main and veg.was an issue with cold veg but this was reported to owner and got better.was an issue at breakfast with cold scrambled at one point but again was resolved.staff were great very attentive and helpful.hotel has 2 lifts a little small but if you don’t like stairs.overall a nice relaxed feel to the Adua and had a fabulous time in Italy.oh and it has a pool which is covered and spa area.need to have a cap in Italy to swim and these are 3 euros at reception unless you have your own.

people who work there are super nice. I was there 6 years ago, came back this year and I was surprised to have the same great service and recognise familiar faces. Breakfast is still wonderful as it was back then and there is a novelty to the Adua family: a JUICER! so you can make your own juice full of vitamins every morning. Perfect start of the day . I love it. Will be back again! jamais 2 sans 3!

Spent a couple of nights in this hotel, half board on a special low season deal. The room was spacious and very clean. We had free use of the swimming pool and spa centre too, open from 9 am till 7/8pm. The breakfast and dinner were served in the dining room on the ground floor. Breakfast was self- service, following Covid procedures. Ample offer of sweet and savoury foodstuff, from eggs and bacon to homemade cakes. Honey was available on the comb, fresh fruit, cereals, nuts, seeds, yogurt, bread, crackers and more. Hot and cold beverages. Dinner was from 8 pm with a starter, choice of first and second courses from 3 alternatives each and a dessert. Everything was delicious , the homemade cakes were superb ! All the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a good location and has its own car park ,about a couple of hundred metres away , at an additional cost. A lovely stay.

the hotel rooms are fine and so is the restaurant, but the wellness sessions (massages etc...) are much too expensive for what they are. and the turkish bath is closed which takes much of the interest away.

What is most admirable is how the owner has been able to put such a fine team of people together, from the reception desk to the bar, from the waiters to the cleaning personnel: all exceptionally friendly and helpful and this is wonderful and makes for a very enjoyable stay. Everything else was also top notch.

Excellent trip with Newmarket Holidays. Hotel receptionist gave us warm welcome on arrival. Good attentive service throughout. Room with balcony on second floor spotlessly clean and comfortable. Obviously recently refurbished which made for an enjoyable stay. Food at breakfast and dinner plentiful and good. Location perfect for short walk into town centre featuring many splendid shops. Nearby beautiful gardens/park to wander around. Newmarket rep (Sally) was very efficient. Tours included in package were excellent, well planned and organised. Funicular trip to Montecatini Alto definitely worth doing and stay for lunch Overall holiday couldn't be bettered. Would repeat.
