The worst hotel ever. Food portions are for kids (2 fingers sized pieces of meet and some vegetables), breakfast is jam, butter, milk, coffee, hot water (for tea), and some ham and cheese. Internet access is ok on front desk, and in front of hotel, in rooms is almost no use. It's hard to disguise staff and guests. Go somewhere...

I just had such a great time in this traditional and well-organized hotel, where an haritage of century preserved and offered to the customers.Nice food, gentle manners and all what you can search if you just want to chill out and to spend some time in the beatifull Montecatini Terme!

This hotel is horrible... We stayed there during our visit to Tuscany, and contrary to all beauty we enjoyed in Firenze or Siena, hotel Valtorta made us very disappointed. We could accept very old and ruined furniture, but we couldn't accept fact that hotel was not clean. Toilet flusher and shower are broken and something was making noises during the...

We stayed in this "hotel" during our visit to Tuscany and i want to forget that i even saw something so ruined, unprofessional, with food from 1942.g. There's no reception at all, just a table with old lady. There's no professional bartenders, just a couple of kids serving dinner. In one word, just don't visit this place, go somwhere else

We were visiting Tuscany for the NY with the agency. When arriving at the hotel we were not satisfied. The entire furniture was very rustic, but it has its own charm. However, rooms were terrible. We were situated in the 3rd floor what caused very week water pressure. Bed was very uncomfortable, old TV, small windows and similar. The wi-fi...

I will just say that the hotel wasn't clean at all. When me and my boyfriend arrived, we found a bandage that was attached to the wall near the hairdryer. It was the most disgusting thing we have ever seen. We stayed there for three nights and although the cleaning lady was in our room every day, she didn't notice...

My girlfriend and I stayed there for 3 days and been in Montecatini Therme for NYE celebration. We traveled with agency and obviously didn't do the research about the accomodation. Let's start from the beggining... When we first came in the room we thought it was a prank. Metal old school beds (literally), uncomfortable, burned sheets with cigarettes (I guess),...

We arrived in this hotel very tired and quite late in the evening. Since it was already paid for and we intended to stay for one night only, we did not leave, although my husband had a really strong notion to book a room in a nearby 4* hotel with a pool and beautifully furnished rooms. Rooms in this hotel...

So I came to this place on a school trip, and we didn't expect a palace, but this place was a dump. The beds creak, most things are broken, including lights, cupboards etc. The walls also have cracks in them, but the hotel, instead of doing something about it, just put a cheap picture over it. The food is horrible....

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was for 4 people, very clean, spacious. The hotel is very well located . The room's decor is a bit old but all well kept and clean. Wifi worked very well. Sig.ra Rita at the front desk is lovely, she helped us a lot providing great info and recommendations....
