The people who work there are very courteous. The service is excellent. Don't expect a fancy hotel. The breakfast is not great but varied. The hotel is simple, clean and right in front of the train station. There's a private garage to park the car. It's exactly what we needed. Great job :)

The owner was super nice and the hotel was exactly what we needed and very clean. Breakfast was included and perfect, great first experience in Italy. Hotel is close to the bus station that takes you right into Venice and to the bus station that also takes you to the beaches and airport. Would definitely stay again.

You can't get anything closer to the railway station which offers this kind off value for money. Not exactly a wonderful area, but after a long day on Venice who cares. The beds are good, the shower works fine, a cheap Chinese restaurant close by and cheap coffee (Euro 1.30!!) which is refreshing after Venice. Breakfast is average (pre packaged)...

Stayed here for 3 nights from the 14th Sept. Proximity to the transport links into Venice is excellent, the main train station and bus stop are less than 100 mtrs. The room was very clean, the bed a little firm, fresh fruit every day and the aircon worked well. Mestre has a lovely pedestrianised area full of restaurants thats about...

Spending a week-end in Venice with my fiancee, we choose this accomodation because of its closeness to the railway station (Mestre); well, this hotel turned out to be the most confortable and cheapest choice since it's just 40 meters from the station and moreover, it has a private car-park (without any additional cost), so you can easily reach Mestre by...

Value-priced hotels usually lack some part of good location, room, amenities, service but this hotel has them all, with a consistently friendly attitude of owner and staff. Breakfast served restaurant-style on a tray includes balance of protein and carbs (yogurt, egg, cheese, croissant, jam) with great coffee. Parking and English-speaking are limited but this place is definitely our first choice...

I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The owner, Luigi, and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was pretty good by Italian standards. They also provided us with a tray with fruit and water. We were able to park our car in the lot, and they did not charge...

First, understand that Maestre is an industrial suburb of Venice-no glitz and glamour here. The hotal is located 100 meters from the train station, where taxi's and buses are also readily available. There are also decent restuarants nearby. The neighborhood isn't the greatest after dark, so be careful as you would in any urban environment. The Chinese owners/staff were very...

I stayed in this hotel only for one night and I was statisfied. The room is clean and air-conditioned. The bathroom is modern. The staff is friendly. The owner is a chinese old man. He gave us some travel tipps. The hotel is very near to the train station Mestre. You can take the train to Venice. A ticket costs...

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, so lovely that we had extended out holiday. Room was clean, functional. Bathroom was modern, and clean. Air conditioner was "iffy" thou. It seemed to be run by one family and it definately had a feel of home with beautiful art in the stairway area. The location was very handy, just make sure...

“Decided to stay in Mestre instead of going into Venice (Islands) and found this gem - well worth the train ride into Venice for value, savings, and comfort. Just steps from train station BUT very quiet.”

“Ask for a room at the back! There is a little souvenir shop in a Tabacchi further down the street opposite side -on a corner). Their Murano glass is quite a lot cheaper then in Murano (owner also has a factory) and they were very honest pointing out the Chinese glass (fake) from the original. The lady serving spoke very good English and was very helpful and left us to choose and take our time! We ended up buying most of our Venice souvenirs there!”
