We stayed here two nights with extended family taking in three different rooms. While the service of the staff was always polite and efficient, this place needs cleaning!!! Two of the rooms where OK in size, however my sister and I were given a room off the property that was a postage stamp size in every aspect! Our feet were...

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Venice. The bus stop to get to the island is right around the corner, so it was fairly convenient. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was good. The decor is pretty interesting- lots of shiny gold everywhere. Look for the blue hottub in the smoking area of the dining room...

Stayed here for the final night of a touring holiday, although reception area is all very nice the rooms are tiny, had to leave our suitcases at side of the bed as nowhere else for them. Shower was a wet room with extremely slippy tiles and cotton cloths for towels although I have seen these supplied before in Italy. Bar...

Great location, friendly, helpful staff! Set in the sleepy backstreets of Venice this hidden gem provided an excellent central base to stroll or gondola to anywhere in Venice.

Ugly lobby, horrible breakfast, small rooms. The only plus is its price, but it is a full of kitsch three star hotel, uglier that Romanian hotels. I never thought that in Italy the breakfast could be made of low price ham and tastless cheese. Never ever stay there again. Only the wonderful Italian light in the morning was able to...

Very Very tacky decor (pink, red dated and dirty) perhaps in a Russian? style? It is so garish that it is disturbing. Usually I am not that picky about decor, but in this case...well! Rooms small and dirty, but the bathrooms while very very! small are clean and updated (but they are hard to use they are so small, basically toilet...

We selected the Hotel Venezia because of its relative proximity to Venice and the lower rates than what are available in Venice. Upon arrival, we were given a brochure with detailed information on how to get to Venice. Unfortunately, the bus system routes had been updated and the Hotel was still providing outdated material. We followed the instructions to get...

We booked this hotel after seeing its advertisement on the internet. It was close to Mestre station and close to transport to Venice. The bus to Venice was a street away and it was a 15-20 minute bus trip to Venice. This we were happy about. The hotel advertisement showed a glitzy, expensive looking foyer which it does have but...

After a wonderful two week trip to Italy in late August with my extended family, I spent my last night in this shabby hotel. Our airline experienced mechanical problems on the flight home thereby grounding our plane and sending all of its passengers to a number of different hotels. We arrived at the hotel after midnight and had clearly inconvenienced...
