I booked a room at this hotel for me and my family (4 people, 2 adults and 2 children) through booking.com. The price was nice and we decided to stay there for a night, during our trip to Venice. The room was good enough, although some facilities were missing (for instance, in a couple of sockets there was nothing inside!...

This is a rather ordinary and dated hotel. The breakfast was disappointing. The bedroom was comfortable and clean if rather dull in decor. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Its position made it convenient for Venice and Marco Polo airport. Mestre surprised us, very interesting with much to offer for a brief stay. Taxis are expensive but bus services...

We stayed at Centrale for 2 nights and it was not a good experience. We booked double room online and when we reached they said they are giving room with 2 separate beds. We asked to change and then got a smelly room at the back with cobwebs. We asked to give original twin bed room. It was a small,...

Good sized room, good bathroom, good location very close to a bus for Venice and The airport, also close to Mestre Reailway station. There are only 2 negative points, first one is the poor breakfeast with just small bread and toasts, and the second one happened when they tried to sale me a bus ticket per EUR 3,00 when in...

Although some walk from the station to the hotel, is well positioned to visit both Venice and Mestre downtown with shops and terraces .Rooms are small and noisy although I think that is a good solution for a few days given that the hotel had a good price as I paid 70 euros per room with breakfast buffet.

Apart from the good location of the hotel already remarked upon (if you get a bus to Mestre from the airport ask the driver to tell you where to get off as it's quite a way from the station) the general quality of our room and breakfast was poor apart from the bathroom which was ok. The gloomy ceiling tiles...

The pros : - Great Location. In the heart of downtown Mestre. A lot of shops and restaurants all around by walk. Easy access to Venise by bus. - Breakfast was okay (and included) - Service was okay (Frontdesk was helpful). The cons : - The room wasn't clean up before we checked-in. We found hair in the bathroom and...

Stayed one night on Centrale Hotel. First of all the signs on the road were mis leading. It tooks us a while to figure out the location. Also it would be better to take a bus to the hotel rather than walking. Pros: bus connectivity to venice, airport and mestre station, clean spacious rooms, just opposite to a supermarket cons:...

I think one of the 3 stars of this hotel, is for the location. Very close to Venice with the bus stop just in front of the Hotel. The personal was not very friendly. The day we left, they did'n want to accept our credit cards just because the girl of the front desk did'n want to. She did, but...

Very clean, spacious room, and well sound proofed, heard almost nothing from the busy street. It is very well placed, near the bus stop to Venice (20 minutes to Piazza di Roma). The buffet breakfast has little choice, but is decent, only let down on Sunday by the lack of fresh bread. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All...
