The hotel is old and dated. The room was smelly, the floors dirty and the shower so small, it was almost impossible to get into it and I am relatively petit. The breakfast was a large spread, with the usual eggs and sausages as well as various baked goods. The hotel caters to many tour groups, so breakfast can get...

We stayed 4 nights and have to say that staff do not bother if you complain about something. One thing i complained about was breakfast. Worst i have ever had anywhere. Once bread was like chewing gum and did not bother to bring fresh bread. Breakfast included in price was bad, only bread and butter! For a few euros more...

Have no complaints whatsoever; had a pleasant two nights stay at this hotel. We thought it struck at an optimum balance between comfort and value for money at the price we got. Venice was only about 10 minutes by bus, so it was good.

We were there for 2 nights. It is a noisy place with people arriving and departing all hours of the day and night. The bedrooms and corridors have obviously had a refit, new wooden floors (*so noisy), nice white fluffy towels in the bathroom every day and certainly clean enough. Downstairs the reception area is looking tired and the breakfast...

For a 3 star hotel, the quality is really average... In a word that is the only thing we can say about the hotel. Staff was nice one day and rude the next. Good location if you want to be near Venice. Expensive if you compare the price of the rooms to the quality of the service.

We were there for 3 days. Overall I was disappointed with the poor quality. I expected much better. -Location:The only good thing about the hotel is its location. There is a bus stop and a supermarket right across the street. A near luxury for those willing to use public transport. Buses are very frequent and almost punctual. Only 1 or...

Hotel easy to find, about 20 min walk from station. We found staff helpful and cheerful. Room and bed small, but nice and clean with plenty hot water. Small balcony was a nice surprise. Location was good. Breakfast adequate. In all, it was what we expected for the price.

This hotel is close to the bus stop to Venice. That's about all that can be said in its favour, although the room was clean. The service was so bad that eventually I just had to laugh about it! They really don't care! But at least it's close to Venice...
