Stated as a 4 stars hotel, wifi is really annoying rubbish unless upgraded to premium which is 3 Euro per device per day. As a family of 3 and each have a mobile phone plus 1 iPad, that mean will cost us 12 euro a day for using premium and 36 euro as we stayed for 3 nights. I think...

The hotel is conveniently located in the town side near the market. The best thing about the property was there was a bus stop just infront of the hotel, so everything is accessible. Overall the hotel was average. Clean rooms, helpful staff, big bathrooms but congested rooms. The breakfast spread was average and so was the quality of food. There...

Actually we have booked in delfino hotel ..but they transferred to this hotel . to Stayed 2 nights on a city break and the main advantage was the fact that it was ideally situated for transit from Marco Polo airport and also into Venice. The hotel is comfortable and clean although a bit dated but The receptionist who handled us...

Stayed 2 nights on a city break and the main advantage was the fact that it was ideally situated for transit from Marco Polo airport and also into Venice. It is only a 8 euro 15 minute bus ride from the airport and the stop is virtually outside the hotel. Equally effortless to get into Venice from the same bus...

Although our booking was for this hotel, when we arrived there was no word of welcome just "You are not in this hotel". We showed them that we were but they said "No, Hotel Delfino part of our company. My colleague will take you there". After 6 hours on a train I was more than a little miffed as we...

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon in cold drizzle and were greeted by a lovely young lady who was extremely helpful. We were allocated a room on the 5th floor which was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and not hard as I had read in other reviews. The bus for Venice and the Airport stopped right outside the...

We were supposed to stay at the Delfino, at check in, we were told that we had been upgraded to their sister hotel next door (the Ambasciatori), I got quite excited as it was my son's 21st birthday and I had e-mailed them beforehand, but once in the room realised 'upgraded' was a very loose term. If this was an...

I stayed here for 3 days whilst visiting Venice.. As ours gave mentioned the area is quite commercial (not the nicest of areas, if I'm honest) there seemed to be lots of groups of men hanging around on the streets. It is very easy to get into Venice from this hotel, the bus stop is literally on the opposite side...

This hotel has is handy for Venice. It's on the mainland, but the bus to and from Venice stops outside the hotel and takes about 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are okay, but nothing special. The restaurant was very nice and clean and the breakfast was adequate.
