Great location, friendly and welcoming staff, very patient with small children, many times and more years that we come back, as usual everything is fine, WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN, also this year in August
If you are looking for a nice relaxing comfortable place to enjoy your holidays - hotel Suisse is exactly what you need. We were pleasantly surprised by unendless kindness and helpfulness of all staff, willing to satisfy every our need at any time. Room was cleaned everyday in a proper way, generally very good impression about cleanliness on the whole. As for cuisine, mostly sweet breackfast (Italian standard), nevertheless one could always find some focaccia, cheese and salami. Lunch and dinner are both have enough options to choose from so that everybody may find the dish according to his habitudes. Must to attend the Gala dinner which usually kept on Thursday! Delicious and exquisite! Very good location near the beach, just a couple of minutes and you are reaching the golden sands. Only one small remark is that in Marina di Pietrasanta it is a general rule that cost of sunbeds is not included and turns out to be quite high, however according to local price level. Cons are surely largely superseeded by pros and we for sure be back in the Hotel Suisse.…
The hotel was very clean, in particular the room and the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and the kitchen very good Italian food. Moreover, the hotel is located only 2 minutes from the sea and proposes good deals with one of the beach resorts.
Great place for a family holiday. Good location and the staff is extraordenary helpful and kind. The galadinner on Thursday is a nice idea. The holiday village and the beaches are overall clean and tidy. I can recommend this place to everyone.
Excellent location with nice swimming pool and delicious breakfast. Comfortable room with air conditioning; it is suggested also for the beach lovers since there is one free beach that is very close to the hotel.
Hotel Suisse is a fantastic three-star hotel. The friendly staff, well-kept interior and spectacular food all go well with a short walk to the beach. The rooms are lovely and clean with furniture that, despite appearing old-fashioned, are in tip-top shape. Beds are soft and the sheets are the perfect thickness for a summer night. The television is a small standard-definition flatscreen. Nothing too special there, but my sister and I only used it for one program a day. Our bathroom was nice and modern but it wasn't so for the rest of our family. They're all sparkling clean and have all the utilities nonetheless. The wifi here was a it of a flaw that contrasted the otherwise fantastic experience. Wifi is painfully slow, failing to load videos if anywhere outside the bathroom. However this may be due to our room being on the very far right of the hotel. If you have a big data plan, watch TV instead, or actually go outside and do things then this flaw won't affect you. The key system is okay. The key has a massive disc with its room number connected to it so you don't lose it, but there is a place to put the key at the front desk so you don't have to haul it around. The problem is that the door automatically locks when you close it. If you're forgetful like me then you can lock yourself out. However since there were two of us in the room there were no issues. As for food- you get to choose at dinner/breakfast what you are going to eat the next day/later that day. There are two courses to choose from, three choices per course, and you can choose to have lunch, dinner, both of them or neither. However, you cannot show up for a meal without choosing the courses earlier. Lunch and dinner begin with a salad buffet, then the two pre-chosen courses, then an optional dessert. Which, did I mention, is fantastic! All of it tastes great and I got to try some new things. There's always an option for picky eaters, however. Also, there's wine. Plenty of wine. Breakfast is simply a buffet with all that is breakfast. The pool is nothing special other than that it is well-kept and has towels for borrowing. Pros: - well-kept - nice staff - great food - good view, depending on room - pool - close to the beach Cons: - slow wifi - easy to lock oneself out of their own room - limited parking space I highly recommend going to the Nettuno-Alba beach if you need an umbrella spot on the beach. It is insanely close and has a hot tub and some little games for kids, including ping-pong and table football.…
excellent value for money - very comfortable room with sea view and large balcony. Helpful and friendly staff focused on customer satisfaction. very clean room with good bathroom. good parking facility and proximity to town center and the beach.
Room was confortable and clean, air conditioned worked properly. Really good food. I haven't used swimming pool. I apreciated the work of employees. If I will back in Marina di Pietrasanta, I will stay there again
I booked this hotel as it scores pretty well on tripadvisor and was reasonably priced. On this basis I would say it met my expectations - although it did not exceed them. It provided us with a good base for three nights at the end of our touring holiday in Tuscany - and has a pool which allowed us to relax and have a dip in the afternoons. This hotel one block away from the sea. The hotel is a bit dated but is clean. It is pretty well run with staff who were polite and helpful. The Internet access at the hotel was fine for me. Our room was OK. We had a balcony overlooking other properties so no great view. There was a safe in the room. The bed was not overly comfortable and the room was quite hot (despite the air-con) so sleep was not great. Breakfast was adequate - cold buffet and machine coffee. Overall the hotel was ok Good but not great!…
It was our first stay in this hotel. We had a triple room on the second floor with a view to the seaside. The room and also the hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean. The service and the staff was very very friendly and helpfull. The food was good and our holiday in this hotel was very comfortable. Probably we will come back next year.
