If you are going to stay just for a few days and you are 'on the road' (biking, hiking whatever) this hotel offers a nice place to stay and it is affordable. Do not expect any luxury, but it is more than just average. We liked it! The breakfast is well selected.

A simple hotel with friendly staff and very good location just a few meters from bus stop and app 100 meters from Cassana ski lift .Ideal for skiers or modest guest even with children . Clean and cozy , but some rooms are small.

We stayed here between feb 21st and feb 28th. It's a family ran hotel and has a cosy atmosphere. The food is good, the staff are very friendly, english limited in parts but this wasn't an issue as there was always one person who could speak the language. The bar is cheap, but this is fairly standard in Livigno. This... More

The place was cozy, clean and safe, so we were happy during our skiing holiday. The family running it was friendly and we felt welcome. The facilities were a bit outdated but we wanted a reasonably priced hotel with nothing too fancy. Also, there was a big dinner available every night for a good price which we opted for every... We enjoyed our stay and would have rated the hotel much higher, however, we had a very unpleasant surprise at the end regarding our bill. I booked two rooms for 5 people including a 2 year-old child. Once I arrived at the hotel, the owner claimed that the child was not included in the reservation. We debated for a while... More

Dear Mrs. PaolinaB, First of all forgive me for my English. We are happy to read that you liked our hotel and we are very sorry for the inconvenience that the travel agency, through which you booked, created. We are also sorry, as you're Italian, that you have not written in Italian: I believe that our countrymen would have liked... More

the location in the odd village of livigno is nice, close to the centre with their enormous amounts of dutyfree shops. the people at the reception are very nice. De rooms are not very big (no balcony) and the bathroom needs a renovation, small, not very good shower. The breakfast wasn't great, they forgot to refill all the time. But... More

The old boy, presumably the owner, was friendly and talkative, only problem was my Italian was probably as good as his english, but I think we understood each other. Clean, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. If your looking for budget hotel with no frills this is your Easy Jet!

We stayed for seven nights at the federia during our skiing vacation and had half board. The hotel is situated at the end of the town with everything within walking distance. 100 meters from the nearest ski slope: great.
