Detailed Reviews
Like in a puzzle, everything fits perfectly into the apartment: the washing machine, a large closet, the kitchen, the sofa and also the bathroom. Nothing stands in the way, but everything is well thought out and prepared for the guests down to the smallest detail. Moreover, Laura, the hostess and architect, is very friendly and helpful. There are not enough words to describe how well we could relax in Iseo. We can only say that the apartment is about as beautiful as Lake Iseo and its mountainous surroundings.

We came here to spend the night outside Brescia to go see the Mille Miglia. Iseo and the Borgolago is a very nice place with beautiful rooms in the middle of old town near enough to hop over to Brescia seeing the action.

I can only endorse what everyone else has already said but it was so good I really felt the need to commment.
As previous people have said everything was provided, even tablets for the washing machine.
No one has mentioned the delightful jar of pink and white marshmallows in reception, delicious!
The only slight down side was there was no out door space, ( excepting the largest suite) but with the windows fully open the sitting room was pleasantly airy.

My husband and I spent 6 nights at BorgoLago. The suites are clean, spacious and well-maintained with nice quality touches. The location in Iseo is perfect! There are many great cafes, restaurants and shops in easy walking distances as well as the ferry stop for quick access to the island. We were there in off season and still found the town busy and quiet all at the same time. It’s a great community! The best part of BorgoLago is the staff. Paola and Valeria were so welcoming and accommodating and always available for recommendations. If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed!!

Our room was very well appointed. All kitchen appliances and utensils were there. SUPER clean. Bed very comfortable. A little tricky to find but she sends you a photo of the entrance and that's helpful. We had such a nice stay here. The lovely woman who met us was very sweet and helpful. Bathroom was spotless. All linens are new and fluffy. It's a short walk to anywhere. The description does say that it's a "step away from the lake" which isn't exactly the case, but it's a short walk. We found excellent restaurants and beautiful, friendly people. Would stay again.

Borgolago was the favorite of all of our northern Italy stays. We looked at both studio and 1 bdrm units and each was spotless, bright and modern. If you stay, ask the staff to explain how to use the built-in washer/dryer unit. The 1 bdrm unit had a large balcony/porch. Overall, the vicinity is quite, but close to the "action". Paola was the front desk staff and she was great!

Spent four fantastic nights here and can't fault it. Spotless, great staff, and high spec rooms, right in the centre of a town we fell in love with.
We tend to avoid apartments as picture it being just like home, with us having to clean up dishes the whole time - i.e. not a holiday!
But this looked like the best option in Iseo, and also came with full maid service, meaning we would come back to a room with the beds done, the bathroom cleaned, and crucially all the breakfast stuff tidied up!
The room itself was modern with two internet ready flat screen TVs a really comfortable bed, a lounge area, dining area and hi spec kitchen. An excellent quality cot was provided for our daughter too, that she happily slept in, in her own space. Pretty incredible really for the price.
The staff were really helpful, always ready with handy recommendations, and couldn't have been more welcoming.
The position is brilliant, just back from the water, very close to the main shops and crucially the ferry stop, which we used daily for pottering the lake. The town has good restaurants, great bars, and some killer gelato.
Wouldn't hesitate to return, and our stay in Iseo was the high point of our four venue holiday in the north of Italy.

we couldn't fault the Borgolago Suites for cleanliness, quality, style and location. the best alternative to Hotel accommodation right in the heart of the Old Town but brand new inside.
the most comfortable bed, ideal holiday kitchen and 5 star quality bathroom.

We stay in many places and these people really got everything right... the location, the apartment set up and all the equipment.
The arrival, departure and payment were all smooth. Iseo was a treat of its own, both the village and the lake.

Just home from our second stay. The staff are very helpful. Our suite was of the highest standard. It is set just a little back from the lake front. The ferry jetty and the train station are easy walking distance so you can explore the whole lake and the island of Montisola. We plan to return.

Dear Mr Terry F,
thank you for your question, unfortunately Iseo is a Medieval town and its streets are really very small; for this reason the historical center is closed to traffic.
That's why we cannot provide our customers with private parking. However, 500 meters away from Borgolago, there is free public parking.
Many thanks and best regards.
