Great minimalistic hotel run by a lovely family. Very very clean and my husband and I felt super comfortable here. Price we chose included breakfast and the owners took good care of us. Definitelt book this hotel when you are in Grosseto, recommended.

Stayed one night in this family-run hotel. Location is good. Owners & staff very helpful. Room was clean, but shower was so tiny, I could barely get in -- and I'm not a huge person. Breakfast was OK. Nothing special. Place was fine for one night.

I don't feel good in Room with tiled floor. Shower is too old and fixed so you have to wet your hair, wanted or not. Rooms are clean, but small and has old furniture. Anyways location is perfect, and you have a parking lot in front.

The building, remodelled in the centuries to host a Hotel, of course is not new but it is located in a very quiet...
