Travelled with Thomson all inclusive. The room was lovely with balcony and sea view, as requested, overlooking back garden area on floor 3.Bath towels were missing but a quick word and sign language to room cleaners and an apology and bath towels were soon brought. There was adequate choice at breakfast.I did find baked fried eggs different and the bacon...

As this hotel is all inclusive i would have thought free water was on the agenda . But after one bottle in the fridge on arrival we did not receive any more for the whole week this also went for the toiletries as well . One mini bottle of shampoo for the week and bath soap was from a refillable...

We stayed for a week all-inclusive through Thomson/First Choice holidays. Firstly, we were surprised how large the hotel was, we had to wait some time to be booked in, as there were 2 coach loads arriving at the same time, however our room was large with a lovely furnished terrace. The rooms have plenty of storage space, and are spotlessly...

This my 6th trip to Sicily any my 4th to Giardini Naxos. This is the 1st time in the Caesers Palace hotel. The hotel it self is lovely and we went all inclusive. The drinks were all branded and plentiful. We never had to wait long to be served. The food was good quality, But to be quite honest, there...

We stayed here for a two week all inclusive holiday in July this year with our two children aged 10 and 7. It was what I expected Italy to be like. The rooms were basic but clean, the restaurant was clean and the food was good. There were always a few pasta dishes on the menu and there was fresh...

We had a week at the Caesar Palace recently on an all-inc. package with Thomson. It's quite a big hotel with a range of facilities. Our room was on the 3rd floor with lovely views of Taormina and the sea. I'm not sure you would get any decent views from lower floors and I'm glad we were not overlooking the...

Odd atmosphere, overworked but overall pleasant staff. Lots of food choices but highly geared to European market and no English food at all. Little to no entertainment, the entertainment available was a guy playing piano and seems no to be for older people. Not good for families as nothing to do on the evenings. Rooms and grounds clean and pleasant....

To start with I need to say that we have never stayed all inclusive before so it is difficult to say if we did not like the holiday because this is what all inclusive is or if it was the hotel. Accommodation the room was nice and clean balcony with views of the sea and mount Etna, pool was large...

The hotel is away from the main town area but a courtesy shuttle bus takes you to the beach and shopping area where you can join a really good hop on hop off service for the area. The bus stop is outside the Hotel and its easy to get to Taomina. The beach cafe had the best seafood platter we...
