It's nice to be nearer the train station and farther from the tourist hub here. It's a more authentic Italian community experience here. The beach is in front and not so crowded. The hosts here are helpful and friendly, so I recommend it.

Aldo was really easy to communicate with and he runs an excellent B & B. You want to a room with a view over the sea (there are only two) if you are to really appreciate Miramare. From the moment I emailed Aldo to book a room to the moment we left he made certain our stay was perfect. The...

Aldo is great host, but his B&B is just a bit further from the beach, you do need to get your car to go to better ones in Giardini. Another thing is that on both sides there is road so rooms get bit noisy even in the night. Breakfast is modest but croissants are really good, do not miss them....

Super Hotel, great rooms with view of the sea, very comfortable beds. We stayed here for two night's just walked in of the street looking for a room, and was given a very large room at front with great view. Buss just outside the door, so super easy for traveling. Breakfast was great with super coffee. We will be back....

As our first stop in Sicily, the miramare was excellent. A wonderful view, best enjoyed taking a lovely breakfast, the B&B is a great choice for visiting Toarmina with a bus stop only a few meters away. Our room was a good size and surprisingly quiet given the busy road.

Excellent b&b, just a stone's throw from the sea! We were able to enjoy this on our balcony, where there was even a small clothes line to hang our towels and swimwear (private and free beaches opposite the b&b). The room was great, and everything is geared towards the guests' comfort, for example the fridge available for guests to keep...

We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel. We really, really liked the hotel. It is small - only four guest rooms - and spotless. Our room was a good size and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We had a lovely balcony with a great view of the sea. There was plenty of food for breakfast,...

The room was big and clean. The hotel is very close to the sea, so you can hear the waves during the night. Also the sea view was great. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The barista Aldo every morning prepared a special nice capuccino.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our trip around Sicily and really loved it. It is conveniently located close to the train station and the bus station for Taormina as well. Though the room is nothing to get excited about it is large, clean and has everything you need. Bahtroom and bed are both nice. The...

I had a most enjoyable stay at Miramare. Comfortable bed, very clean room, good breakfast. Aldo is a kind and thoughtful host. Not a rip-off. Some places quoted silly room rates at the time of year. They still expect top money for off season. Aldo is smarter. I would go back for sure. The resto downstairs is excellent (not part...

“I like being near the water if I have the opportunity, but if visiting Taormina, you might want to be closer to the actual township. We loved the walks in the morning along the beach, and even in February we left the windows open as the nights were cool but the sound of the sea were just beautiful.”
