In the winter this is run by Inghams as a 'chalet hotel'. A full hotel but with ski chalet catering - drinks and nibbles in the bar before dinner, copious wine with dinner, 3 course meal, cheeseboard every evening, soup and cakes set out in the afternoon - all inclusive. And it works - Inghams are getting it very right....

Just arrived back from a weeks holiday in the Victoria Parc Hotel, with a group of friends. There was nothing that we could find fault with. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Considering the amount of people in the hotel, the food was varied, hot and very tasty. There were three vegetarians in the party and they were also catered...

Visited parc hotel Victoria this year at exactly the same time as last year and we had the suite again which is superb and we have no complaints about the cleanliness. But we do think that this year standards have slipped, for one thing there was nobody here this time from last years team. Nobody introduced themselves as last year...

A lovely older style hotel in a central location ran by young staff from Inghams. The staff without exception did an amazing job being both efficient and friendly. The quality of the food in this 'cub chalet' style hotel was excellent during our stay. Cortina is very picturesque

Not so sure about th eHotel itself, but if it's on the level of the "Il Cirmolo" restaurant that is open to the general public then, excellent. We enjoyed very efficient and smiling service, the food delicious with a good offering of local varieties. Nice warm atmosphere, no noise, very clean.

Rated as a 4 star, I would say more 2 /3 star . Rooms are very varied, all are dated. The service in hotel was very poor , breakfast option varied with each person you asked. There was also a rush to remove the wine at the end of the meal, even if the bottle was half empty. No information...

We had an excellent ski holiday here for Spice London Social Group members in March 2015. There was 32 of us and other groups staying the same week. Food and service was to a very high standard, Italian style hotel which is what we expected. Most of the rooms were a good size. Great spacious bar and dining area. Added...

Run (in winter) by the Brits for the Brits. Consequently no language problems. Comfortable, friendly & value for money. Yes it does need a wee bit of investment but this does not detract from the efficient management and the enthusiasm of the staff. All friendly and willing to help. Ample breakfast, afternoon snacks & dinner, with wine included. Excellent. Free transport...

The hotel is definitely tired but this is not a problem because the images online show the age of the furniture. It is unforgivable that the rooms are not cleaned properly. This hotel is managed by Inghams who recruits lovely people who want to do a skiing season abroad but with no or little experience at all in hospitality and...

If you like shabby hotels with broken furniture in main rooms and bedrooms, nowhere to hang your coats (unforgiveable), beds supposedly made, but look a little closer !! and a management that patronises when this is pointed out ..... then this is definitely for you. Justin C.
