We stayed here between cruises - double sea view room. Convenient location. The room had been updated & was clean, but fairly compact. No surprises there. Outside facade in need of a clean up - scruffy. Breakfast was disorganised with insufficient clean crockery & cutlery. Maybe there had been a rush before us, but it wasn't really up to standard....

Booked double sea view room pre-cruise. Quite pleasant on entering. Newish wardrobes headboard etc. Balcony doors would not lock or close properly. No safe, empty fridge with the front panel missing,no toilet roll holder, no shower shelf, squeaky bed, shower door fell off each time. Smell coming from the kitchen in the morning was absolutely awful and filled the rooms...

This hotel was great value and perfect for the night before our cruise. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean and a small balcony we could sit on to enjoy the view.

This place stinks & there are bugs. The hotel staff is not friendly & the breakfast was horrible. I do not recommend staying here. I was here for 3 nights and the ONLY good thing about this place is the location to this beautiful city right out of Rome.

This hotel is very close to the train station in Civitavecchia and also in the center of the city. Also close to the port if you are planning to start a cruise there. But this hotel has some bad things and good things too. Breakfast is included and is good. The key of the rooms are still in the old...

This hotel was booked for me by my company. They had no way of knowing that the photos on their website bear no resemblance whatsoever to the actual rooms. I shuddered when they gave me a very grubby 'tassel' key fob. This should have pre-warned me. The corridor leading to my room had two old vomit puddle stains, as mentioned...
