We stayed here on a Groupon offer and found it great value. The Hotel is not modern and the town is no longer in it's glory days but "mama's" cooking (tonight we chose what we wanted and where we sat and were served by both Mother & son) made up for it all. The owner Marco is chatty and keen...

While it is less modernized than many of the Chianciano hotels, it cost less than half of the going price. As it is at the top of a hill, we had a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside, particularly romantic, as we happened to also have the full moon. Some dreamlike moments on our balcony. Rooms were very clean and...

Complete Hotel needs complete modernisation, lack of maintenance over several years. Food O.K didnt see the kitchens! Good job for loyal staff who worked there socks off covering several disiplines. Would not recommend!
