This is a delightful spot, close to the beach, the old town and the railway station. It is a small place with only 5 rooms - we had a charming room which opened out onto a shady garden. The owner and her son are delightful; they gave us recommendations for places to go and places to eat - and the...

This little B&B is so charming, lovely, clean, with an amazing sweet & kind owner, Guiseppe, and his family. Each room is decorated differently, bathrooms are very modern and the service is off the charts. The owner moved his car so we could park on the street in front (parking is difficult as this is so close to the beach)...

This was my second stay here and I cannot recommend it enough. Rosa Maria is a consummate hostess, the facilities are exceptional, and Irma, the grandmother, makes an extraordinary and totally generous breakfast. It's convenient to the train station and just down the hill from the main street of Cefalu. A great home away from home.

Excellent B & B in every regard. We were in Cefalu for 4 nights in April 2016 with a car - our second driving loop of wonderful Sicilia. This B & B is one of the closest ones to the old town and served us well with a car. A two block walk got us to the old town, and...

We stayed two nights at the Lirma and loved the place. Rosa Maria, her mother and husband are wonderful hosts. Breakfast is magnificent all made by Rosa Maria's mum, we asked for the recipes but they are kept very secret. Rooms a really well appointed, excellent small bathrooms. We had a room overlooking the garden which was lovely. The Lirma...

My husband and I stayed here for one night during our 2 week trip around Sicily. The B&B is in a great location and the hosts are friendly and accommodating. The host gave us his parking space when we first arrived at the B&B and moved his car further down the street - great start. Check-in was quick and painless...

Pretty place close to the beach and the small center of Cefalù. The rooms have access to a lush, almost tropical, garden with chairs and a hammock. Funny detail: in the shower you can put on the radio. The ultimate ‘selling point’ of this boutique hotel is the breakfast served and made by an Italian lady ('nonna') of 85. Croissants,...

Everything in this place is beautiful. the rooms are really nice and perfectly clean. Breakfast was by far the best we had in Sicily. But a B6B is nothing without friendly staff and they truly were all incredibly nice. Another plus is that it's only a few minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this place! Note: If you are...

The hosts are lovely, very helpful and kind. Breakfast is absolutely delicious with homemade cakes, pizzas, jams and marmalades all prepared by nonna Irma. Plentiful and varied. Our room opened directly to a beautiful tropical garden. The location is great as you are about 70 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the old town. I would definitely go...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
In Cefalù, a short walk from the sea and the historic centre, the Cathedral and the Medieval Washing Place, the perfect base to explore the Madonie Park and the Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily, stands Casa Curcio, gem of the 60s architecture, inspired by Le Corbusier of the 30s. On the ground floor, overlooking a scented and secluded garden, open five rooms as coloured as the five petals of a wonderful multicoloured flower: the B&B Lirma, created with love and determination by the lady of the house. Ideal, elegant and discreet , all rooms individually decorated and furnished, assure a high standard of comfort and charm , elegance, independence and peace. ... more   less
