I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this campsite to friends. We stayed here with our 5 and 3 year old boys over May/June half term and had a wonderful time. The boys loved the swimming pool, spray park and play park. The shop and restaurant were...More

This was our first camping visit (Eurocamp) to Italy as a family. Flights and car hire were pretty straightforward, to/from Pisa. Fortunately, I had taken my own Sat Nav. Camp site was clean and smart, well stocked central store though opening hours could have been...More

We have stayed here 2 times. The 1st time we didn't have a car and got the train from Pisa to Castagneto Carducci-Donoratico station where we got a taxi to the camp (there is a number on a sign outside the station)- there is no public bus or anything though if you do book direct with the camp they can potentially get the shuttle bus to pick you up from the station but they did say it was subject to availabilty. The taxi cost 25 euros with luggage and 20 without so maybe worth factoring that vs. cost of hiring a car.
We weren't there in September but at the end of August and the 1st year we did notice it get quieter the 2nd week we were there as there are a lot of Dutch people there and their kids had gone back to school.
