Sillitti is Sicilian agriturismo at its very best. Sylvia and Bruno are wonderfully gracious, charming hosts, with Sylvia a pioneer in organic farming. Leave room in your suitcase to take home her excellent olive oil, almonds and herbs! We ate well all over Sicily, but the prize for truly memorable dinners and breakfasts goes to Sylvia! It was a particular delight to dine with our hosts and the four other guests on our first night - fabulous food, fine wine, and great conversation in a mix of Italian and English. Add spacious, comfortable accommodation, a swimming pool in season, lovely gardens and rolling countryside far from the madding crowd - travel memories are made of places like Sillitti. Just make sure you follow the driving directions carefully!

We spent 2 amazing nights here with the lovely hosts Silvia and Bruno. The farm is beautiful, accommodation has everything you need, outdoor pool, relaxation areas. Perfect with a glass of wine and their own toasted almonds. We had breakfast and dinner both days and the food was so tasty, home cooked, home grown produce and plentiful! We even got Silvia's meatball recipe to try at home. We met some lovely guests, enjoyed day trips in the local area including Agrigento temples and the beaches nearby. Thank you Silvia for an amazing time! (and for rescuing us when we had an incident with the hire car!) I am still using your olive oil it is delicious :-)

Sillitti Farm is a haven in the heartland of Sicily - especially after driving the somewhat chaotic roads and highways, which appear to be under constant reconstruction. It was an absolute delight staying with Silvia and Bruno in their lovely farmhouse amidst of wheat fields and almond/olive orchards. Our apartment, homey and spacious, had fabulous views front and back, looking onto acres (or hectares) of wheat, olive and almond trees, and blue skies of puffy clouds (no exaggeration). I also loved the sounds of birds, and wind whistling through the trees in the late afternoon and also at dawn. (I was so excited that I captured dusk and dawn on my camera, which are some of my best and favorite videos). Silvia is a most gracious and charming host, interesting and

One of the best places we've been in all of Sicily. The owners are absolutely charming, we had a very pleasant dinner with them after having played several rounds of ping pong with the husband. The rooms are very comfortable, and the food is all locally produced and made -- as well as delicious. If you can, enjoy a swim in the pool before dinner, and definitely go look at the gorgeous sunset. Wifi only in the main room, but we didn't really miss it.

This is not the easiest place to find at night even with full directions from Silvia, especially when a road is unexpectedly closed, however such is the nature of Bruno and Silvia that even when you arrive very late due to a fight delay, nothing is a problem. Bruno came out to find us and then settled us down with a glass of local wine before we went to bed. The agriturismo is in the middle of their farmland with good views all around and an attractively situated swimming pool. We stayed 3 nights in total in a two roomed apartment with some self-catering facilities although with home cooking and fresh farm produce available, why bother? The bathroom is a good size (shower cubicle) with a high level wc, and pool towels are provided. The living room contains fridge, sink,

This agriturismo is wonderful! A very personal, homey experience. The owners are so friendly and caring. We had a nice two bedroom apartment. The surrounding farm is beautiful, they have a wonderful pool, and it is in a good location to see all of Sicily in a car.

We visited the first week of May 2015. We arrived a little ahead of schedule on a beautiful sunny day. As we waited a short while outside the gated entrance for Bruno to arrive, we rolled the windows down in the car and enjoyed a light breeze, fresh air, the extraordinary view, the song of birds and the stillness of nature. Once Bruno arrived we meandered down the road through olive groves and an almond orchard. Outside the home there is a large pool with lovely plantings surrounding the perimeter, however, we did not use the pool. In May there were rolling green fields as far as the eye could see. Our room and bathroom were large and clean, with lovely views from both. This location is a short distance (maybe 1 1/2 miles) from the highway, but definitely in the

This was our second stay with Silvia and Bruno, and we're desperately trying to figure out how we can go back for a third visit before the end of the year. There are no words in English (or Italian) to convey the experience. Just know that you are in for a unique and memorable time with two delightful, extraordinary people--no, THREE people, because Josie, their indefatigable helper, is a peach! All of this . . AND a gorgeous setting. How can you go wrong?

We had a great 2 night stay - We received a warm welcome from Sylvia who spoke excellent engish. This working farm set on a hillside is completely rural & a quiet haven well away from all traffic. We lost our way & Sylvia very kindly came to the local town to rescue us!!! Our room was clean and bed comfortable. The large swimming pool looked inviting (used by my wife!) We had two evening meals and my wife enjoyed talking cooking (classes are held here) Sylvia is an expert on olive oil and produces it organically Bruno (husband) was kind to show me the agric machines used on the farm which produced wheat, almonds & olives. A great stay - we will be back!

I stayed at Silvia's farm with my husband, 8 month old son and my parents at the end of September 2014 after reading the fantastic reviews on trip adviser. We had a very relaxing 2 days there and only wished we had spent a little longer in the company of Silvia, Bruno and their family and helpers. The self catered apartment we stayed in was perfect for us with 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite and a small kitchen/lounge area. A very comfortable cot was also made up for our son. During the day, we relaxed by the pool and took in the beautiful views. We also made use of the ping pong table in the pavilion area next to the pool. We decided to have dinner with Sylvia and Bruno both nights rather than cook ourselves and we are so pleased we did. The food was so fresh and
