OK, the rooms that had not been upgraded were in a pretty poor state and the breakfast was dire! (The first day our bread was so dry it was inedible. After speaking to our rep on the second morning this was made much better but the choice was cereal, bread, cheese and ham every day which compared to ski trips...

The skiing was brilliant, great instructors. The rooms allocated were awful(room 120) cupboards with no doors!, bathroom door did not lock, the shower curtain had its own civilisation growing on it, bunk beds with no ladder and falling apart, walls with paint coming away everywhere, the phrase "can't swing a cat" for the size of the room(shared by 4) is...

First of all, it should be noted that I see the hotel room simply as a place to sleep at night after a nice shower.... So I am not going to expect Hilton sized rooms, etc... Rooms: I stayed in room 216.... The room was long and narrow....bathroom an adequate size with a hot shower, sink and toilet. There were...

My daughter has just come back from a school ski trip from here. The skiing was excellent and she thoroughly enjoyed this, the hotel however was unacceptable. The rooms that we were shown that the kids would be in were definitely not the rooms they got. Four girls in a room which can only be described as a corridor, a...

I'm referring to the restaurant as I have never stayed in the hotel. I have skied in Bormio three years in a row and had lunch here most days. The food is alright and the place is nice and clean but most of the staff are really rude, especially a lady in the kiosk where you have to order and...

Came here with my school for a ski trip, brilliantly located as right next to the slopes which makes for easy access! The games room provided enough fun for everyone too. The rooms were compact and had some minor damages. Showers were hot dependant on when they were used! The boot/ski room had enough rooms to accommodate everyone's boots and...

I stayed here in for 8 days. After a mess up with rooms to accommodate our teaching staff, students and two bus drivers. We had to switch rooms in order for the bus drivers to be near our teachers. Our first room was as shown on the photographs posted however our 2nd room I wouldn't say was fit for the...

This Hotel is Great! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Great for families and it is sooooo convenient that it is right on the ski slopes. The instructors are very detailed and easy to understand when teaching you technique. Would definitely go their again!!

to make it clear, this is a three star hotel, so do not expect anything more. the most valuable asset of this hotel is its location right in the hearth of Bormio 2000 ski centre. that means you walk of of the door, put you skis on and sit on the chair lift or cable car. Some of the rooms...

There are a lots of cons, but a few pros as well. It's a quite good hotel for skiers, location is perfect, right at the cableway and in the ski areal. The view, from (I guess) each window is spectacular, even at night! But, the rooms are small, furniture old, beds are REALLY uncomfortable (which after a long skiing day...
