Nice but elderly hotel in the center of the town...The prices are low, the rooms are small but clean...The breakfast offers coffee, tea and juices as well aas sweet or German breakfast (bread, ham, xhees)

We stayed here both at the start and end of a trek of Alta Via 1. I considered it good value and reasonably appointed for a 3 star Italian hotel. The breakfast was plentiful with fresh produce. A good location but with limited parking in centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed 2 nights and whilst the room was spacious, the bed was too hard and the bathroom difficult to negotiate easily. The staff were down right grumpy on occasions and not wanting o be too helpful...

First the positives - located right in the centre of Belluno so easy access to the main town square, restaurants etc and averagely priced. On the downside however - parking inadequate, decor dated, room small and dark, breakfast choice limited, nearby restaurant kitchen noisy until late ..... Also, we booked two doubles asking them to be close but were allocated...
