Having booked this holiday about a year in advance we were very excited for our first visit to Italy. It was quite late by the time we arrived at the hotel so didn't really get to see our surroundings until the next morning. So we headed into town which was only about a 10 minute walk. We were then treated...

The first thing that hit me about this gem was the feeling of cleanliness as you walk in through the front door. You are then welcomed by staff who obviously enjoy working there and take pride in what they do. We arrived at about noon just as they were finishing their duties in the Dining Room after the Breakfast. It...

We have just spent the last week of September at this hotel through Thompson. This hotel over 2 floors is across the road from and facing the lake and just outside Bardolino centre but it's a lovely 10 minute walk along the lakes edge into the heart of the town which has dozens of shops and restaurants and the ferry...

Just back from a week at the Villa Letizia - we booked direct as we stayed here three years ago and wanted to return. Had no problems. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. One spent time marking out ferry and bus times for us on the timetables. Breakfast the first morning was a bit confusing as we couldn't find essentials...

Stayed here for four nights having travelled with Thomson. The hotel is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, however could do with a bit of an update, our room was a basic one but it still had everything we needed. The breakfast is geared towards the continental style but there are token hot scrambled eggs, sliced sausage and very thin cut...

Just returned from a wonderful fortnight here. Very relaxed & batteries fully charged! Hotel is very comfortable, immaculate & kept spotlessly clean by hardworking staff. All staff so friendly, kind & helpful -nothing is too much trouble. Buffet breakfast offers great choice, snack lunch also available tho' choices are limited. Great location an easy walk into Bardolino where there is...

Stayed here for ten nights at the height of the season and although the hotel was fully booked it did not seem crowded. We had a partial view of lake. I believe lake view rooms are only bookable directly with hotel. It would be well worth it as lake is beautiful. Three different areas to relax, pool, roof terrace and...

The hotel is right on the promenade overlooking the lake and only a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Bardolino. Although our room was the basic one as we travelled with Thompson it was comfortable and always clean. Hopefully we will return and upgrade directly with the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Although the breakfast...

We stayed at this hotel for seven nights in July and couldn't fault it in any way. Our room was a really good size and was spotless when we arrived and was kept that way throughout our stay as was the rest of the hotel. We had a side lake view because all the lake view rooms were booked, I...

Really lovely hotel in an ideal location, across the road from the lake front and within a 10 minute stroll from the town centre. The bus station is around the corner so it couldn't be located any better for a perfect holiday hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless in every area, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The...
