My husband and I stayed in the Graziella Patio Hotel for one night in July 2014. What a fantastic location right in the heart of the city - only problem was that due to the location parking was not right outside the hotel. We arrived around 1.30pm and drove up the flagstone streets to the hotel, it was lucky that...

Unusual hotel in centre of old arezzo. Great location within minutes walk of all the sights and piazza s. Parking available close but not at the hotel as it's in the middle of the old pedestrian zone . Definitely worth a stay if passing through arezzo

A terrific hotel in general, if slightly pricy. Our room was a massive two-level suite (same price as ordinary room), with bed in the loft, right next to a large bathtub. So a little odd. But the staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable. The location is right off the Piazza San Francesco right next to the...

Very nicely restored hotel in the central historic area of Arezzo. The rooms are perhaps on the small side but sympathetically furnished and equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking a little difficult as you have to pass through the ZTL but once found, the secure car park is only a few hundred metres away.

My wife and I stayed here for one night as we were traveling through Tuscany. The hotel is located in the old city of Arezzo (where you want to be) and is walking distance to all of the points of interest. It is also near a square with at least one very good restaurant. Our room was the Utz room,...

Attentive helpful staff at this small historic hotel. Beautiful rooms. Clean. Modern bathroom. However stone floors and walls amplified any little sound. However it was quiet after 10. Centrally located, classic town

This hotel is nicely located to the centre of Arezzo and everything is reachable on foot. It said that private car parking is avilable for 20 euro per night in some guide but there is also free public car parking not so far, so we decided to use public one and it was no problem. The hotel reception is very...

I didn't love nor hate this hotel. As my tittle suggests, I love the location of this hotel. However, if you come here by car, it is a bit difficult to find this hotel even tough you have a gps. Maybe my gps was outdated, but just read the actual map or call the hotel for direction before you drive...

Patio Hotel is the essence of a boutique hotel. Only 7 rooms and each with its own individual decor inspired by the traveler and writer, Bruce Chatwin. It is fabulously located steps away from the San Francesco Church which houses the newly restore Piero Della Francesca's frescoes. It has 15th century foundations and the main drawback are the stairs. If...

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city centre. The rooms are nicely decorated and with all possible amenities. The staff is very friendly and responsive to all needs. And even though it's right in the center and next to the piazza with restaurants you can't hear anything in the rooms - ensuring a good sleep :)
