We had a lovely stay at this small, boutique hotel, right in the middle of the town and ten minutes' walk from the station. The reception was so welcoming, and our rooms were delightful, with fresh fruit provided as well as a laptop (though it didn't seem to allow me access to the whole of the internet!). All the rooms...

Located at one of the main town squares, this hotel occupies and old, beautiful building. Overall, it is a good, 4 star place, which I might visit again if in Arezzo. The parking i a bit inconvenient and difficult and when arriving with a car one can get lost, because most of the streets around are pedestrian. Still, it is...

The hotel was very convenient. Walking out the front door put us in the middle of the Antique Fair and about 2 minutes walk from our favorite restaurant. Due to the street closures and ped zones we had to walk about 400 yards from the city garage to the hotel, but at other times there would be much better choices....

This place, like most of Arezzo, is geared to business travelers. We had a basement room with a strange optional private entrance on to an alley. We did not use that feature, since it looked spooky, especially at night. There is an elevator, which is new, but it was not working. The room seems "over designed" with the bed at...

What a charming hotel, in a charming town. We stayed in the Ouidah room, which looks exactly as shown on the website. Nicely decorated breakfast room with a wide variety of food and beverage. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Central location made it easy to walk everywhere, including the train station. Highly recommend and we'd definitely stay here again.

Yes, this hotel is in a great location. Difficult to get to by car, but once your car is parked by the valet, concierge, and total staff behind the desk, you can walk just about anywhere. We had upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely, but not very practical. The bedroom was on a balcony overlooking a beautiful living...

We had a lovely stay here at the end of May. An excellent location right in the centre of the town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were individually styled, ours on the first floor was beautiful and very comfortable. There was no lift, not a problem for us. Breakfast was good and we were not rushed....

The hotel is set in a renovated old building. The decor is individual for each room but sometimes a bit off in taste. We had a room in the basement at first, with almost no daylight an a modernistic but tacky decor. We moved to a room upstairs with a nice view of the garden but there was no internet...

The position of this hotel is excellent but at 175 Euros for a small double room it is very overpriced. The mattress was poor quality and badly sprung and there was nowhere comfortable to sit in the room - or, indeed, in the 'hotel' in general which, in English terms, is much closer to a B and B. (Although in...

Small hotel right in the center of the antiques fair with personality and lovely staff. They gave me a room on the ground floor with a little garden off of it for my dog. Perfect stay in charming hotel and town.
