This year was the confirmation, even though I was sure there was no need! We spent a week at the Barance hotel like last year, and this year too, the holiday was UNIQUE! Very clean rooms and common areas, excellent and plentiful cuisine, very hot swimming pool that allows you to be in company without having to run away after a few minutes because it gets cold. The private shuttle service to and from the facilities is very efficient. But beyond all this, certainly, the great strength of the hotel is in the staff who animate it. They are all, and I stress everyone, really very kind and helpful, the owner, Mrs. Miky, does everything possible to satisfy your every wish and I assure you......she always succeeds!!! So what can I say, I highly recommend it, to spend a holiday.....UNIQUE!

We had a great time in this hotel! All the dining room staff were very kind and attentive to our every need and the 3 ladies at the reception I must say that with their smiles and their interest in our needs they made us feel right at home. Furthermore, the food here is very good, the chef cooks both meat and fish very well, the dishes are plentiful and very varied. The hotel is cared for down to the smallest detail and order and cleanliness reigns both in the rooms and in the meeting areas. I highly recommend it!!!!

For the second year we stayed at the Barance hotel, if we returned it is because we had a very good time last year. Clean hotel, excellent cuisine and lounge and really friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are clean, in the evening they served excellent drinks at the bar. After a day of skiing we used the hot water pool, whirlpool and sauna. We were a large group, the property and the staff really made us feel at home, making us spend a truly special holiday! The distance from the slopes could be a critical factor, but in reality it is not because the transfer is continuously available. I really recommend it.

Perfectly situated. The bus station in front of the hotel, the slopes around 2 minutes with the bus. Everyday cleaning in the rooms. The pool and the spa were perfect. The food is italian, no other comments. The host is exactly how you expected to be a normal host, helpfull and kind. We were the only guests in hotel in that period, but for ski is excellent.

This year I turned 40 ('yeeey'). The bad part is that I turned 40, but the good part is that my friends have given me they best birthday present.... a 7 days ski trip in Alleghe. As it was a surprise, I did not know much of anything, and what a surprise it was! We arrived in Alleghe at hotel Barance, an impressive hotel providing all facilities one might need..ski room, bar, restaurant, sauna, pool, clean and warm rooms! Needless to say the food was exceptional ..i have + 3kg to prove it, the service was on the spot, and the owners are at your every need! The ski slops are 3 minutes away from the hotel, you can walk or you can take the minivan which is at your disposal, compliments of the hotel services. 80 km of ski slopes, a view to die for, restaurants…all you could ask for, and the minivan will be waiting for you to take you back to the hotel. You can enjoy a drink at the hotel’s bar, take a swim/soak in the jacuzzi or relax in your quiet room until dinner. If this was not enough, the hotel owners organized a ‘’guest party’’, this is done each week, for all guests…music, food, drinks and a great time! And on top, the best surprise, the first in many to come….but I will not spoil it you need to go there and experience it yourself! It was so nice, that for the first time I took the time to write a review!

Great experience, from the first day we arrived until the very last of our holiday. Rooms are clean and cozy, staff is professional, always smiling and ready to help. All this thanks to Mihaela and the high standard that she is imposing on everything related to our stay in Barance. The hotel has all the facilities for a perfect ski vacation, ski room, shuttle buss, sauna, jacuzzi and pool. After a good ski day it's perfect to relax in the sauna and jacuzzi before dinner. Excelent food and very nice local italian wines in the menu! This year besides the usual party night in the hotel, our host organised another dinner party up at Col dei Baldi which ended in going down the slope with torches. It was a beautiful experience, only us, the moon and lots of snow. We came this year for the second time in Barance, and definitely we will come back year after year!

It was a great experience from beginning to the end. The hotel offers all facilities you might need: ski room, big and clean rooms, pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, bar, restaurant, transport to the sky slops. The employees are really nice, the food is excellent, and the owners are so friendly! We had the opportunity to be the first group to try out the ''night party'' organised by the hotel owners, where you dine on the top on the slops, in a lovely restaurant, and after dinner, you go down holding a torch, supervised by two ski instructors. it was a unique experience! We will definitely come back!

I’ve been to hotel Barance already 5 times. Last time in March 2017. I come back, year by year, to this hotel because I feel there like at home. My home in Italy !My home in Dolomites! The hotel has very good location. Not in the center of Alleghe but little outside. I really appreciate that because its more quiet and has wonderful surrounding. Each hotel room has a balcony and the view from my room go to beautiful mountains and to lovely mountain creek. The sound from the creek is so relaxing and peaceful. The rooms are nice and cozy. Very clean (thanks to wonderful cleaning team) and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are served well in a nice restaurant downstairs. The hall and the bar is always at your service. Italian coffee and Proseco are brilliant!Good food, good drinks, good snacks. After skiing you can relax in Spa Center- warm jacckuzy and sauna is what you really need after hours on the slopes. All saw the pool is clean and the water temperature is perfect for swimming- not to hot, not to cold. But the best in Barance hotel are people working there and the atmosphere they all create! Michaela the “lady boss” is competent, efficient and very professional . She has a good balance in her management style. She sees everything, she is demanding but at the same time she is nice and kind. Very elegant, beautiful women. Guests and her crew adore her. Anna at the reception always happy to help you. Andrea at the bar so kind and friendly. Rozana the waitress really fantastic. The bus driver David professional and charming. Barance is four star hotel but for the staff and the atmosphere I give 5 stars!!!

Very nice hotel, good location, excellent food. Nice rooms, we even had a small balcony with view on a part of the lake; swimming pool, whirlpool (hot water!) and sauna in very good conditions.The staff is friendly and they even got up earlier in order to prepare breakfast for us when we wanted to go trekking early in the morning. On 15th August they prepared a nice dinner with many courses without adding any costs to the room rate. I would recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy a typical familiar atmosphere, but with the comfort of an excellent hotel.
