We had a really good time, all twelve of us, adults and children. Small hotel, family atmosphere, always attentive and helpful staff, kind, we had a wonderful holiday. The location is good, we also had the lake view, the hotel has a lift, an outdoor ski / boot storage but heated, the dinner menu included the choice between 4 first courses (always including 1 soup) and two main courses, very good red wine in bulk (cabernet Sauvignon). We also took advantage of the spa (to book and pay extra, as described on the website), also enjoyed the setup for the New Year and the menu. Honestly it is difficult to expect so much more from a three star, considering the value for money in our view is absolutely recommendable.

We loved the views from the top room across the lake - the best in town in my opinion. We ate at the Hotel Europa in the evenings, and a restaurant on the other side of the lake. The best in town in my opinion. Breakfast basic, staff pleasant - would stay here again. I would like to return in winter.

We was small group of 12 july 2016. Very good location, near to city center, but very quiet. Nice view from room balcony on the lake. Laura and all staff very friendly. The cuisine is good enough. May be we visit again.

It is a great location with an advantage of having a kind family member to help with luggage transfer. Lovely dog. Average cuisine is OK. The rude and impolite tone of voice ruined the stay and atmosphere of the meals. Uncomfortable mattress.

We stayed at this hotel in January 25, very poor initial reception, probably the lady realized she was not very kind so she tried to improve herself at a later time. All in all the rooms were tidy and clean except the carpet of the common areas. The maid of a disarming rudeness, is absolutely unfit to be in the public. The cleaning lady very kind in my opinion the best person who is inside the 'hotel. The location of the hotel is very good because it is close to the ski slopes.

We stay three nights at this hotel with a group. It is located near the ski lift and the town centre with nice view. There were two extra beds in the double room so there was not enough space to move. One electric plug was not funcional. Two windows can't be opened, so only one could be open. TV chanels only in italian language and not similar choise of chanels in every room. The bathroom seems to be like before reconstrution. Free wi-fi connection and free transportation are big advantages. Employees speak just italian language. The cuisine is under avarage, just the starters were quite well. For the next time we are definetly going to choose another accommodation and maybe also another location in the Dolomity area.
