We stayed for two days in May in a room with a lake view. The view is great. The hotel is well located and parking is available.
The clean room is very basic with rickety furniture, no decorations or paintings or photos on the wall. Carpets were kept to a minimum. You can also see in the hallway that the stair carpet that once was there has been removed.
The bathroom is certainly dated but clean. The breakfast room is very cramped: many small tables. The breakfast buffet is quite okay, although we missed a regular sandwich or pistolet. The coffee from the coffee machine is really great.
The staff, especially Mr. Chaam, was very friendly, but that does not alter the fact that the price/quality is too high. I'm afraid this is typical for this very touristy region...

The staff really very courteous, the room was clean and the view of the frozen lake very nice. Also the breakfast great. As booking customers we were treated very well with a free parking space, an upgrade to a larger double room and Vouchers for another stay in another location always at their facilities.

We stayed 2 nights and having reserved a standard room, when we arrived in the afternoon the man gave us a superior room at no cost with views of the lake and a large terrace. Spectacular!!! Thank you.
The simple rooms, perhaps they would have to change the mattress that was old and simple furniture but the view surpassed everything. There is an elevator and parking. Correct breakfast without further ado. The best location in front of the Alleghe Lake.

Dated and poorly renovated hotel. Small rooms, tiny bathrooms, old furnishings, missing curtains on the windows and hangers in the wardrobes. They added a double bed to make a triple but there was no space to use the wardrobe.
Barely sufficient breakfast, poor quality, at 8 they run out of water, juice or other things and are replaced after a long time, yogurt often missing. Paid parking is 10 euros when the cost of the ski lifts is half the price. '
The impression is that they are trying to earn the most with the least expense without worrying about the comfort of those who stay there.
Inconvenient for skiers because it is quite far from the cable car departure and with a skiroom, if you can call it that, on the first floor.
The only positive notes: cleanliness and view.
I would give 2 stars, not 3

A hotel a little old and whose prices are far below the services offered!
Our room at 88 € overlooking the lake (it was on sale because it originally cost 100 €) was more than summary comfort for the price.
The breakfast included only poor quality industrial products.
The hotel has a small car park, the use of which is almost mandatory because it is impossible to park elsewhere and which is charged 10€ per night, an attic!
Only positive, the view from the breakfast room.
Overall far too expensive despite the fact that we are in the Dolomites.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in early June. As soon as we arrived Mr. Gennaro made us a great welcome and immediately made himself available for anything (we also met x parking). The hotel is located in a beautiful location, a few meters from Lake Alleghe and from our room there was a beautiful lake view. Breakfast was well assorted, both sweet, with a wide variety of cakes and pies, and savoury. For those who are lactose intolerant there was a wide choice between lactose-free milk, soy and almond milk. Nothing was missing, but the thing I liked most were the pancakes made by Ariel, really good. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel, excellent in everything.

I would like to express my sincerest thanks for the fantastic stay I had at your hotel. Since my arrival, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism, and this made my experience truly unforgettable.
The room is simple but attention to detail, and the view of the Dolomites was simply breathtaking. Every morning, the delicious breakfast buffet was the perfect way to start the day, and your advice on activities and places to visit proved invaluable in making your holiday even more special.
I would also like to thank your staff for their kindness and availability at all times, always ready to meet every request with a smile. Your dedication and attention to customers are clearly perceived and make a difference.
I look forward to coming back to visit you for another relaxing and regenerating experience immersed in the beauty of the Dolomites.
Thanks again from the heart!
With esteem and gratitude, Elijah

+1
I was very stressed when I arrived and from the moment I walked in I received a very warm and friendly welcome! I got a great hotel room, everything was clean and tidy. There is a good breakfast between 7 and 9 and from the hotel you have a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.
The staff is very involved and helpful and they really contributed to a pleasant stay. What nice people and a nice place! As a woman alone, I felt safe and pampered. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great and scenic location and the staff welcoming and helpful.
The structure regarding the rooms is a bit 'dated but very clean. It still has everything you need. I report additional payment of the parking adjacent to the hotel (15 euros per day), we have parked in a free parking lot about 400 m (I do not know if you find it free in periods of great crowding, there is another larger parking further away). Also if you have a dog, they are allowed, but with an additional payment of 15 euros per day. So consider any such sums to be added to the total if not mentioned.
Breakfast is plentiful and good, lake front!
We found several restaurants closed, perhaps because September and the cable car only opened on the weekend. Very very quiet period. In the area you can make many beautiful excursions.
