i spent 5 days at the hotel for a conference. All the delegates enjoyed the venue and the service as much as i did. Great food, amazing pool on the roof, not close to the train station but easy to reach with the bus.right next to the center of abano

Spent 4 nights in this hotel over Christmas. It is a massive hotel and was very busy but i don't think they had enough staff to cater for everybody. We booked half board. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment,There was plenty of food but the quality was very low and the worst part was the coffee from the machines. It was utterly...

The hotel was "okay" but the decor was tired, the spa was being renovated and the town of Abano Terme is not where you want to be in October. No one is there. We were there as part of a tour to be close to Venice. But it's not that close. It's a 30 to 40 min train ride away...

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and wouldn't have anything bad to say about the hotel. The area was pretty quiet and not as near Venice as we thought but we were going there anyway so we didn't look into it. There was various places to eat and small bars. The pool and room were nice. We mainly...

The room and hall smell terrible. The room air conditioned didn't work and could not be regulated. The shower did not drain the water properly and the room had a step to go to the bathroom. The breakfast was OK although it does not have warm selections.

Definitely not a 5* hotel - maybe 3* ..but maybe. You will find in Greece a lot of beautiful hotels and sites. Avoid Alexandros Palace as much as you can.

This town is full of hotels. This is probably one of the worst. Front desk staff are overworked and as a result, not effective. Upon arrival we mentioned our room was too hot 24C, and needed someone to check the air conditioning. Despite checking daily, we left 3 days later - room 24C. The porter just plain doesn't want to...

This is a hotel I wouldn't recommend if you're planning to pay for full board /breakfast, lunch and dinner). It is poor. It's tasteless. It looks depressing. To think that Itlay is a food country.... then this hotel stands out due to its awful food! I have eaten so much better in Italy of course! On the good side: very...

“Try to stay away from the front of the hotel that faces the street. We were right over the front door - noise from the air conditioner (which didn't work very well) and bright lights from the hotel sign made it a bit of a bother when we went to bed.”
