A fabulous location, you must experience this place to take in the harbour facing sea views... Perfect stopping off point for the SW Coast path, as it runs in front of/adjacent to the outside tabled area. 💭🍴🍷🍻 ✔️ Top marks for location. ✔️ A Cornish must visit. ✔️ Quality beers. ✔️ Friendly staff. ✔️ Great food choices.

This has now been made my top place near St Austell to go to for a perfect Sunday lunch. Went today to celebrate mine and my wife's birthdays. Food was superb. Everything was well cooked, full of flavour and huge portions of the meat at the carvery. Will definitely return.

Been here before and it's still one of the best places to stay in Cornwall. The rooms, staff, food and drinks are all first class. The views and the sound of the sea are outstanding. The hotel and bar area offer a warm and friendly welcome to everyone

Found this beautiful old hotel on the harbour front last week. It was a blustery rainy day and as soon as you opened the door it was warm, cosy and welcoming, just what we needed for lunch. The food was hearty and homemade. The service in the bar area was very cheery and efficient. Would recommend for lunch.

This pub/hotel has everything. Good design ,layout and above all location on the waterfront. Whether you are staying ,dining or popping in for a pint you are assured of a great welcome. The pub has been used as a location in a number of films.

We wanted somewhere comfortable for our final few days in Cornwall before heading home. Found Pier House by accident and hadn't even heard of Charlestown (or ever seen Poldark) before. This is a very comfortable, clean hotel with welcoming and well-trained staff. Our room (9) is on the first floor with views over the harbour and the sea. Fantastic Queen...

This is an excellent, charming hotel in a perfect location. I wish all hotels were as good as this. First of all, it is in a wonderful location, right at the front of the harbour with a splendid view of the harbour itself, the beach and the coast. The hotel is clean, welcoming and charming yet modern. The staff are...

This hotel was recommended to us through a friend at rugby...so glad we took his advice. We had never even heard of Charlestown🙄. The hotel is right on the end looking over the harbour and sea. We had a family room which didn't have a view, but sitting at breakfast was mesmorising, just couldn't take my eyes from the sea....
