We stayed at Chateau Sainte-Sabine on our way to the Alps and can't wait to go back. The staff were friendly and welcoming, our rooms enormous and dinner in the restaurant was absolutely superb (and amazingly good value). Breakfast seemed a little basic by comparison (and the coffee wasn't great) but there was plenty to eat.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly, English-speaking staff. Room was nice and we slept very well. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent as well. We reccommend this hotel.

A wonderful Hotel and Chateau. Great location, wonderful restaurant and very efficient and focused staff. The positioning allowed us to see all of Burgundy. We could travel anywhere yet return to our comfortable suite each night. There are great local boutique restaurants close by as well.

My wife and I were on a barge cruise. The cruise line selected this restaurant for one of our dinners, based upon past experience and guest feedback. It was a great choice. We had a choice of appetizer (snails or chicken eggs), entree (organic trout or duckling fillet), and dessert (souffle with rose sorbet or tart with raspberries and blackberries...

We stayed at the chateau for 4 nights in August 2016. We used it as our hotel while visiting the burgundy region. We rented a car and it was an easy drive to Beaune. Our stay was wonderful! The Chateau had large, clean and comfortable rooms, an excellent dining room, a beautiful terrace for cocktails and breakfast. And best of...

We stayed in this very comfortable hotel for two nights of our cycling holiday. The chateau is very impressive and beautifully restored. We had a large and tastefully decorated room with views of the lake and the hilltop village of Chateau Neuf out of one window and the swimming pool from the other. The staff were very welcoming and helpful....

My family (wife and two girls) stayed one fabulous night this July on our way from Paris to Annecy. The hotel was immaculate and the service exquisite. Our rooms were large, and well-appointed with beautiful bathrooms. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the girls were taken care of by the chef (filet and frites) while my wife and I...

We stayed two nights as part of a cycling holiday, the chateau is very elegant, the rooms are spacious, comfy beds with great bathrooms - bath & shower. Our room had a fabulous view. The overall decor is either very traditional french or perhaps a little corporate but overall a lovely place to stay. WiFi only worked when sitting close...

This château is storybook charming. Be aware that rooms 212 & 220 are accessible by steep winding stairs only. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are expansive and well kept. A quiet and relaxing stay for sure.
