Super welcoming and professional service run by the family who owns the property. Great Art displayed. Rooms vary from very roomy with balcony to smaller ones (but pleasantly air-conditioned). Great views to the castle and nearby hills. Breakfast is Italian style so don't expect eggs, but expect delicious croissants and friendliness theoughout. Little hares jump around the garden at night....

The good: the evening meal at this agriturismo was some of the best we have ever had in Italy. the owner and his parents were responsible for creative dishes based on traditional Italian cuisine and often using home grown products. We had 2 first courses followed by the pasta dish then usually a meat dish followed by desserts. The wine...

Our third stay visit at this agriturismo, en famille. Riccardo and his family offering the same warm welcome, service, food and importantly, wine. Have really fallen for the region and for Asti, with its squares and huge Saturday market. We will be returning in October. Grazie a tutti. JPE

In August our family of four (two children) stayed at the Conti agriturismo for a week. We all enjoyed the experience immensely. The pool was lovely with a great view. We had dinner at their restaurant 4 out of 7 evenings because the food was delicious, as was their own wine. The agriturismo is nicely located: we visited Turin, Genua,...

First time visit for our two family three children party. Excellent welcome and food awaited us despite our late arrival. Large rooms with space for extra beds for the kids. Wonderful views from the terrace and balcony. Beware there is little soundproofing between rooms and the sheet steel shudders sound like a train derailing when you move them up or...

Monvillone is a very quiet place with a wonderful view. From the top of the hill you can see the valley, the beautiful village of Castellazzo ahead, the splendid vineyards all around. Rooms are large and well equiped with terraces. Breakfast is good and rich of sweet and salt food with flavoured homemade cakes. A nice place where to spend...

Our first time at Tenuta Monvillone was in 2011. We went back there in 2012 and we are going to spend a part of our holiday at Monvillone again in 2013. Tenuta Monvillone is an excellent agritourismo and is situated in a beautiful area for hiking. The well known locations of Asti and Alessandria are not far away. The rooms...

We stayed 3 nights at Tenuta Monvillone and could not fault the hospitality and generosity of the Conti family. The rooms were very spacious and of very good quality, with a pleasant balcony overlooking the pretty garden, swimming pool and the castle of Cereseto. The position, between Casale Monferrato and Asti, is perfect for wine tasting. It's a quieter area...

Set next to the old (and somewhat run down) city of Cereseto, this agriturismo was within a 20 minute drive to many destinations in the Piedmont region. The dining at this agriturismo was excellent. Our best meal for the whole trip was in the dining room and I would say the home cooked food here rivals the best Italian restaurants...
