Our stay was very comfortable, the CEO and the Front Office Manager, was a professional and knew his job well to see each guest visiting that property was comfortable. He would personally supervise and made sure we were well looked after. A place worth a repeated visits and a very clean and green property in the hills of Lonavala

Hi, I have visited Fariyaz earlier and this visit of mine was on the memories of the past, however it didn't turn out as expected. 1. Check in was not at the best staff was not prepared and i saw them failing under pressure. The room was not ready and we need to wait for it. 2. The pool and rides are the one which always visit this resort, however two of the ride was not functional and the water was absolutely uncleaned particularly farther side of the children section. Which i see unhygienic. On sharing to the front desk the concerns were not aware of anything Anyways on positives 1. Food is excellent. Expensive but delicious. So do visit restaurant 2. Buffet spread was excellent. I think fariyaz kept that tradition. However I see more Gujarati Delicacies taking space. Don't mind. 3. Pool inside is the best thing. Preserve it. 4. Staff is nice and well groomed. 5. Rooms are good, Tea cattle not working, need change. No problem. The world has moved fast and i see Fariyaz needs to catch up a bit with many options coming up in lonavala. With such a premium price tag 15k plus people do expect excellent experiences, I hope there is no wrong in it. Gear team Fariyaz. All the Best.…

We celebrated our mother’s 80th birthday at Fariyas and I think we made the best memories possible. Everyone took care of us like we were family. My Mom had her best celebration till date and I think by the end of our visit every employee in the hotel knew it was her birthday and was wishing her ❤️❤️ The staff in every department was well trained and courteous. We will definitely be back

The food was great, the service was on time , rooms were cozy as well. One thing i didn’t find quite good was the internet speed , the hotel wifi was pretty slow and couldn’t catch range within the room itself so yeah that would be one thing i would say the resort could work on.

Great place to stay and enjoy. Rides are good for family get together. Ambience is very nice. Very soothing time enjoyed due to food, atmosphere and amenities. Special thanks to Dining Manager Ram Roy. Who has been very kind to guests, paying personal attention on thier food tastes and offering if any help needs. He has been key person for hotel to attract guests due to his kind and helpful gesture always all the time. Ram is found to be expalining food verieties so guests can enjoy the meal.. Thanks To Ram. The hotel and the staff were very warm ,helpful and welcoming. This is the perfect place to be specially if you have kids. There are so many activities right from water sports to the heated pool ,Carrom,table tennis trampoline bowling and if you don't want outdoor sports there is the most clean ,very well maintained play area for kids! The buffet has a lavish spread and has a mix of all cuisines. Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday special
