I was booked at Ramada Encore Muscat for 8 Nights for quarantine purpose as per the local authorities’ requirements, as soon as I passed Customs, The Hotel rep was waiting for me, it was a short drive from the airport to the hotel done by an SUV which has been arranged by the hotel,
Since I reached the hotel early morning, the receptionist was kind enough to speed up the check-in process, I was impressed by the safety measures taken by the hotel due to Covid, the Passport, the Pen I have been given to sign the registration card as well as the key card were properly disinfected.
The room which has been allocated for my booking was New, Fresh, Spacious with a comfortable King Size Bed, equipped with a large Tv screen and Cuttle for coffee and tea making.
Since I wasn’t allowed to go outside and use the restaurants, I had to order my meals from room service, while it’s quite challenging to provide different dishes everyday for 9 days, the room service chefs managed to diversify their menus where you can easily order Arabic, Asian and International dishes, I wasn’t too sure if I will be able to order after the curfew time in Muscat (8 pm) however the Room Service was available till late night,
Being in the room for more than week isn’t easy, however the hotel is providing a high speed, free and stable internet connection which was very entertaining as it was much needed!
I preferred not to request for Housekeeping service since I had enough towels and toiletries in my room pre-set before I arrived.
A Big Thank you to the front office team, Room service staff and Chefs for looking after me during my stay and I would highly recommend Ramada Encore Muscat for those looking for hotel with a strategic location, Spacious rooms, Comfortable Bed, Yummy food and helpful staff.

Everyone at the reception was very sweet and courteous and precise with their directions. It certainly feels good to be greeted by a friendly face and your staff is amazing ! Keep up the amazing work and all the best ! We are living in very difficult times and all the precautions taken at Ramada Encore helped me feel safe during our stay. Sanitizers were available everywhere and the 2m signs helped other guests keep social distancing. Everything was really good on the menu, I would just suggest adding a few more items 😁👍

I was reluctant booking into a new hotel, as a frequent traveler I had my fare share of issues in newly opened hotels. However i was blown away by my stay at this hotel, i was upgraded to a suite with amazing views of the city skyline, the suite was spotless, comfy and spacious. There was only room service breakfast as the restaurant was shut, but the waiter (Aslan) was friendly and was wearing lot of PPE as if walking to a lab! which made me feel good to be honest knowing they take hygiene seriously specially during these times. I was not to fond of the car lift to the car park as i was nervous driving my big 4x4 rental. I will most definitely visit again on my next trip as you get so much for what you pay.

Room cleaning service is very worse, I stayed 15 days and only 2 days they have cleaned the room & replaced the bath towels that too based on request. Very worse behavior of Restaurant staffs. Refer my review comments on Ramadas website.

The ground staff is very friendly even during the end of the day and rooms are hygienic and sanitised. Very comfortable to stay.. Breakfast is very nice and so many varieties. Limited options for Indian style of food.

Great value for money, with a rooftop pool suitable for my 1 year old. I cannot praise hotel service enough. Staff were very friendly & even provided a microwave for our room to heat baby food, they gave us useful information for tourist attractions & catered to every need, continously cleaned our rooms, called to check if we needed anything else. Good service & kindness goes a long way!

We have eaten in the Olive Restaurant on more than one occasion and have always had a great experience here. The dining area is spaceous and uncluttered which is ideal for a group and there is a a really lovely laid back atmosphere that just encourages you to take your time and enjoy yourself. We've been for both buffet and plated meals and the food is always excellent, the restaurant makes it's own pizzas and blends its own coffee. The staff are the best, really attentive and friendly without ever being intrusive. We will definitely eat there again!

This brand new hotel is well designed and located in the heart of the city with several amenities within a walking distance. The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds with a good view of the city. The rooms also have modern fittings with USB ports and touch inputs. We were served american breakfast in our rooms which was delicious and satisfying.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, I really liked that they remembered and addressed me by my name every single time. Special mention to Anamika and Ahmed from the front desk. We tried the basement car parking, it is accessible by a car lift which was very convenient. There is nice little pool deck on the roof to relax with privacy.
Highly recommended hotel for a short stay in Muscat!

Amazing hotel and staff!! Loved the pool and loved the food.
The rooms were very spacious and modern, it was perfect to accomplish my work. I’m very picky about prestations but the staff of this hotel answered all my requests in timely manners.

The hotel have a good location for people that will visit oman for the first time because everything is around it there is a petrol station next to it, a bank, restaurants, supermarkets and even oman avenue is next to it. Car rental shops are a bit far like 6 minutes driving. When i booked my room there was a discount so I cannot really talk about the pricing if it was good or not. But the booking comes with a free access to the swimming pool and fitness gym. Overall the place is excellent I really liked it because it was so comfy and quiet
